Research on Development of Non-native Korean Language Teachers Training Course Focusing on Sri Lankan Preliminary Korean Language Teachers The main objective of this is to develop Non-native Korean Language Teachers training course for Sri Lankan Korean Language Teachers. Ever since the rapid expansion of Hallyu Culture around the world, there is a huge demand for the Korean Language. However, this trend started to increase the number of Korean language students throughout the world. Most of the students try to visit Korea with the intention of learning Korean Language. Due to lack of opportunities, most of them do not get the chance to visit Korea for studies. To overcome this problem most of the foreign Universities are conducting Korean language courses in their countries. This circumstance has made high demand for Korean language teachers in foreign countries. It is very difficult to send native Korean Language teacher to foreign countries. The best solution for this problem is to train Non-native Korean Language teachers in foreign countries which have high demand for Korean language. After developing highly qualified teachers it will help to meet future demand successfully. In this I am focusing on Sri Lankan Korean Language Teachers Education. To fulfill my objective I have closely studied about Korean teachers training course for Foreigners in South Korea and other countries. Further for research I have used two samples of Sri Lankan Korean language teachers. Korean Language teachers who teaches in Schools and Sri Lanka Foreign Employment Bureau and preliminary Korean Language Teachers who studied Korean As their Bachelor’s Degree at University of Kelaniya Sri Lanka. Information and Data used for this are based on the survey conducted through questionnaire and follow up interview for all the participants. This teachers training course has been developed as per the requirement of the participants through analyzing the data collected from them. This course will help in training a qualified Sri Lankan Korean Language Teacher to meeting future demand for the Korean language in Sri Lanka. ，韩语论文题目，韩语论文 |
