This purpose of this study is to how to educate CPIK assistant teacher in Korean language and culture, included improving communication and adjusting Korean life by working in Korean public school. In the first chapter, I introduced the history of CPIK Programs and why I am interested this thesis. Moreover native Chinese teacher have a lot of difficulties to communicate with other teachers and students. That's why I survey the questionnaire based on website during the first semester. Then I do advanced research and major preceding research. In the next chapter, increasing numbers of CPIK teacher, Gyeonggi provincial office of Education tried to give an opportunity to improve the teaching method but not Korean language. So this study looked into the current state of CPIK employment and cultural education programs. And then comparing two system: native English speaking assistant teachers and native Chinese speaking assistant teachers' programs, I figured out their conflicts and cultural shocks. In the third chapter , I practiced a survey to the native Chinese speaking assistant teachers and co teachers working in Gyeonggi public middle and high school. Then based on the request for investigation, I analyzed their personal disposition and background of education. Even though native Chinese speaking assistant teachers had participated the same workshop and programs, they had different experiences. Most of native Chinese speaking assistant teachers wanted to learn and upgrade Korean language level. However, their language proficiency was beginner, they need to more profound cultural information. It didn't matter of language level. It was more important to develop the intercultural proficiency level. In the forth chapter, this study examined the previous research on the items of culture content and to select the proper items for Chinese native teachers. I offered the essential articles and how to enhance their cultual education methods. That articles were related with school and daily life, so it helped Chinese native teachers were educated by these items. In the last chapter, I summarized my study and gave weak point and described the next research subject. I hope to keep up these study.
