The purpose of this study is to provide the basic data for forming a correct dietary habits and stage of dietary behavior for female university students through confirming the relation between Chinese female students in China and Korea. For this purpose, a health and nutrition examination survey was collected in Shandong area of China and Daegu, Gyeong sangbuk-do area of Korea from June 27 to August 31 in 2016. The subjects of this research were 231 Chinese female university students in China(CFC group) and 98 Chinese female international students in Korea(CFK group) though email survey. The data includes general characteristics of the students, health status, diet habits, nutrition knowledge scores and stage of dietary behavior were analyzed with SPSS 23.0 program. The ethod of analysis were contained student’s t-test, chi-square test, multiple response analysis, one-way analysis of variance, Duncan’s multiple range test and the multivariate logistic regression analysis. Results of this analysis were as follows: 1. The family years income over ¥ 300 thousands of CFK group(15.6%) was significantly more than CFC group(p<0.01). The parents’ education level above high school of CFK group was better than CFC group, and Mother’s occupation had significantly difference between CFC group and CFK group. 54.1% of CFC group living in dormitory and 69.8% of CFK group living in self-boarding. 2. 59.4% of CFK group had drunk in nearly 6 month and only 45.9% of CFC group had this experience, and a significantly greater change of amount to drink in subjects. CFC group had more students to do regular exercise but CFK group spent much more time to do it, most students like jogging(26.5%) and slowing walking(20.4%). Compared with CFC group, CFK group were higher frequency of late sleeping and less sleeping time. In the survey of stress, CFK group had a higher percentage than CFC group, ‘study’ and ‘future’ were the main factor. 3. In diet habits, CFK group had only 37.5% for regular eating, it was significantly lower than CFC group and spent more time to ate meal. Only 9.4% of CFK group ate breakfast everyday and had a significantly percentage lower than CFC group, the most reason about it is they were lacked of time. There are significantly difference about eat out and late night meal between two groups and the main night snack was fastfood. 4. For social support, the question ‘When I feel bad there are someone will help to do housework’ had significantly change between CFC group and CFK group, and they were had low social support. 5. There are no significantly difference in nutrition knowledge score of the subject, CFC group of the mean score was 6.34±1.43, CFK group was 6.28±1.58. 6. According to the stage of dietary behavior, CFC group had a significantly higher percentage in the maintenance stage of daily intake of grains group, vegetables group and fruits group. To conclude, CFC group was significantly better than CFK group in stage dietary behavior change. 7. In the stage of dietary behavior change of Chinese female students according to health behavior and dietary attitude, the factor ‘eating breakfast’, ‘late sleeping’ and ‘psychosocial stress score’ were identified to make a significant influence on lower level stage, Intermediate level stage and upper level stage of CFC group, and the factor ‘eating breakfast’, ‘late night meal’ and ‘psychosocial stress score’ were identified to make a significant influence on lower level stage, Intermediate level stage and upper level stage of CFK group. 8. The results of multiple regression analysis showed that factors influencing dietary behavior change were breakfast skip, late night meal, late sleeping and psychosocial stress. It is considered that for CFC group, the factors influencing dietary behavior change were breakfast skip, late sleeping and psychosocial stress, and the factors influencing dietary behavior change for CFK group were breakfast skip and late sleeping. The results showed that the factors influencing dietary behavior change of female university students were breakfast skip, late night meal, late sleeping and psychosocial stress. In order to make a correct dietary habits and healthy behaviors for female university students, reduced the percentage of breakfast skip, late night meal, late sleeping is important. ,韩语论文网站,韩语论文题目 |
