Many researchers believe that the mobile payment will be successful in future because of its convenience and low-cost, relative to traditional payment methods such as credit card. Among the restricting factors of the development of mobile payment, the critical factor is consumers' using willingness. Due to the special nature of mobile payment platform and instrument, mobile payment has some characteristics which affects users' willingness. Among the factors restricting the development of mobile payment, consumers' intent to use is the most critical. Due to the special nature of mobile payment platform and instrument, mobile payment has some characteristics which affects users' intent (resulting from satisfaction) . This reviewed literatures on mobile payment and consumers' use intent integration of the technology acceptance model, and theories of planned behaviour and reasoned action, and based on them, attempted to extract the relevant factors affecting consumers' intent. The exercised a survey (with the help of a professional website) South Korean and Chinese consumes and analyzed the collected data statistically using SPSS software to find out such factors as convenience, security, reliability, and economy. and examine the differences between the two national groups.
