This study in investigated that dffect of interpersonal justice mediate the relationship between empowerment leadership and affective commitment of company employees have been investigate in the study. This study conducted the structurd survey from April 1 to 20, 2016 over employees working at company was analyzed using structural equation modeling. The effect of the relationships between empowerment leadership, affective commitment and job satisfaction have been investigated in this study. 211 valid questionnaires were used for analysis. Based on anslysis of responses obtained from 211 employees of company employees, it was found that positive relationship between empowerment leadership and affective commitment the negative relation between empowerment leadership and job satisfaction. We found psychological empowerment and Justice mediated the relationship between empowerment leadership, affective commitment and job satisfaction. We also found self leadship moderated the relationship between empowerment leadership and psychological empowerment,
