This study investigates the reason Chinese people Korean TV Dramas, by analyzing the aspects of the Korean Dramas that gained popularity from the late’90s. This study figure outs the unique characteristics of Korean TV Dramas. They emphasize cultural behaviors, Show cross-Asian similarity, focus on trivial events in the story, and also trendy. In addition, excellent filming skills and actors’ acting are also the point. We have conducted a survey and collected ideas from 401 Chinese people about general data regarding Korean Drama such as background of watching them, reasons of having preference, general image on them, influences on life, or differences with Chinese TV Dramas. The result showed that the main reason Chinese audiences watch Korean TV drama is to spend free time. The main reasons for having positive image on Korean TV dramas are preference on its character and their story but the venue for filming, characters’ apparel as well as makeup skills are also a point. The survey shows that Chinese audience have positive image on the prevalence of Korean Drama in China Influences on Chinese people’s lives include joyfulness, life patterns, changes in behavior or beliefs. This study, by providing Chinese audience’s general attitude towards Korean Drama suggests the way Korean dramas should improve themselves. And also, the fact that this study provides what foreign audiences think about Korean Drama and culture itself is a meaningful result. ，韩语论文范文，韩语论文 |
