The whole world is becoming an organic unit in the current globalization. The migration of people is getting more active in its speed and number. Korea is not an exception from this phenomenon. When this country was not economically wealthy enough, many people in this country migrated to wealthy Western Europe, USA or South America. But in the 20st century in which this country is in wealthy state, on the contrary, people from many South East Asian developing countries are migrating into this country. Because of this, the multicultural society mixed with various people living together in their position is being formed in Korea which was single people nation before. But because there was not enough time for various people and cultures to get along, the problems happened in it are not easy to solve.
First of all, the difficulties the foreign workers experience in Korean society are these. First, the lack of understanding about foreign workers is serious. Second, the 'natural thing' in the position of domestic people is never so in their position. Third, the concern about them is still not good enough, even we call this is multicultural society.
But the biggest problem of it now is that the discussion on domestic multiculture is mostly focused on 'multicultural family'. Actually there is definite difference between the 'multicultural family' and the 'migrated worker'. That is, the women in the 'multucultural family' endow with citizenship of the country by time passes. This difference easily induces active concern and campaign of improvement for this group in media s or policy. But objectively speaking, the 'migrated female workers' has strong image of 'the people who make money and back to their county' and 'people who take our job'. So not only the concern and improvement mentioned above are not easy to performed, but also many of the owner of factories and policy enforcing agencies basically look them as 'working power' instead of same 'human'. Eventually the migrated female workers who have these differences from women in multicultural family experience trifle discrimination as a female, worker and migrated people. So this study presents alterative for improvement of concern and understanding on the migrated female workers and for building the 'condition to live worthy as human' even it is not good enough.

This study is composed of 3 chapters in total.
The chapter 1 deals in migration and feminization of migration. The precedent understandings to know the group, the migrated female workers, was basically organized. So the basic origin of the word, migration, and its history and cause of migration were dealt in first of all. And various phenomenons of migration which happen in full scale nowadays were presented. And the later part of chapter 1, the types of migration and working migration, and particularly the 'feminization phenomenon of migration', which are happenning at current days were examined to deal in this study's subject 'migrated female worker'.
The 'human right of migrated female worker' is mentioned in full scale in chapter 2. First of all, the basic concept of human right is defined here. The human right in theological aspect that the church says was mentioned along with the generally talked concept of human right. And this study also presents actual cases of human right violation the migrated female workers experience today in this country and its real state. Of course there are many declarations and installations to protect these. For example, many method and regulations are presented in international agreement and declaration, domestic law, and church documents to protect their human right. This study will examine why their human right must be protected, and what real condition is lacked for their human right to be protected through contents in chapter 2.
The alternatives we could do to protect human right of the migrated female workers in current situation were presented in chapter 3. First of all, this study will mention about 'consciousness improvement' which must be a start line of all alternatives. And follow this, this study presents more actual alternatives, but mentioned the roles that the church could do along with the alternatives which would be executed by society level.

The core contents of this study are actually contained in chapter 2 and 3.
Beyond simple investigation of the reality of these, this study will look into what the ethical standard for practical application for these people would be and how much it is being performed in our society through international agreement, domestic regulation, and church documents. Actually because there is no organized materials appropriate to object of this study, which is the 'migrated female worker', in the international agreement, domestic regulation and church documents, this study carried out organizing and classifying work about agreements, regulations and documents which were prepared for female, worker and migrated people. We could know that there are many parts the church could not handle practically now from contents of chapter 3.
In conclusion, there are many insufficient parts in integration work for 'multicultural society' currently we called. Most of those were focused on 'multicultural family' who would be included citizen of this country, the reality is that the people in weaker position like 'migrated female worker' who are living under trifle discrimination could not gain society's attention yet.

But the migrated female workers are also same children of God. These are people we must live with us instead of excluding, assimilating or pushing them into ghetto. And they are the people who, as human, courageously stepped forward for better lives as history of human kind shows. This study expects the existing passive attitude of society and church on the migrated female workers in this country would be changed into active attitude through these studies. And this study wants to present direction for improvement of human right of the migrated female workers in long term view at same time, and expects the correct society integration for the migrated female workers who are part of society members will be accomplished by adaptation and acceptation of them into this society. And adding that, this study wants the words of gospel, 'Go ye therefore, and teach all nationas, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded to you." is realized in this earth through the church.
