the study of Korean indirect quotations education plan for Chinese students WANG ZHENG Department of Korean Language and Literature Graduate School, Myongji University Directed by Professor Yoon Yongseon As we have known, China and Korea are the geographically closest neighbor in geopolitics. In thousands of years of history, we have known how intimate China and Korea are in social, political and economic culture already as common sense. But if we can’t keep the communication each other, we will not understand each other properly, so it is necessary to study or research language each other. When Chinese students stdy Korean, most of students think that the most difficult part of Korea language grammar is Korean indirect quotations. And when called indirect quotations ‘-다고 하다’ that is, to think of the best students, but many are easy to be confused about the representation of the type of sentence avoid citation of indirect quotations. And if we talk about the ‘-다고 하다’. what is the ‘-고? what is the ‘-하다’ behind the ‘-고’? what if you can put a mother behind the ‘-하다’, indirect quotations is a common format type and a seemingly endless hell that is what the heck is that it contains some of the rules on representation of citation many Chinese students feel that just like being in a fog. In this study we will discover the difference between Korean indirect quotations and Chinese indirect quotations to find out Korean indirect quotations education plan for Chinese students. This is the important purpose of this study. In this study, after explain what Korean indirect quotations and Chinese indirect quotations is, we will find the common ground and differences of Korean indirect quotations and Chinese indirect quotations. To properly research the common ground and differences of Korean indirect quotations and Chinese indirect quotations, we will proceed the study to the following methodology. First of all, in chapter 1, we will present the purpose of this study and the object of the study clearly . The second, in chapter 2, we will research the basic features and element of Korean indirect quotations. We will talk about the image of Korean indirect quotations‘-다고 하다’. And in ‘-다고 하다’, what is the ‘-고? What is the ‘-하다’ behind the ‘-고’? What is the type of sentence of Korean indirect quotations. And then we will research the basic features and element of Korean indirect quotations. in chapter 3, we will research the expression mode of tense in Korean indirect quotations. And we will research the expression mode of special vocabulary such as ‘-이다’, ‘-아니다’, ‘-있다’, and‘-없다’in Korean indirect quotations. in chapter 4, we will research the expression mode of abbreviation in Korean indirect quotations. In other words, What is the expression mode behind‘-하다’? What is the abbreviation of this expression mode. in chapter 5, we will find out Korean indirect quotations education plan for Chinese students . Last but not least, we will make conclusion of the study of Korean indirect quotations education plan for Chinese students.
