This study is to understand the relevant of the real life and employment of international married migrant women in Cheorwon region, presenting a systematical and effective employment support direction. The subject is the 162 migrant women in Cheorwon area. The frequency and percentage had been obtained by using the SPSS 22 statistical program. The results are as follows: First, age groups of married migrant women will vary according to their country of origin. Majority of the Philippines and Vietnam are in their 20s and 30s while China and Japan are in their 40s. Male Korean spouses of Philippines and Vietnam have the higher age gap than in China and Japan. The age range is from 10 to 20 years. Korean spouses of migrant women particularly from the Philippines and Vietnam are in 40s to 50s which has a higher rate compared to other countries. Second, most of the migrant women are not graduated in high schools. Especially Vietnam women, majority of them are not graduated in middle school but the mainstream of the remaining countries are high school graduates. However, migrant women from Japan have the most college graduate but their Korean spouses have the most elementary graduates compared to other countries. Third, the mainstream occupation of female migrants' spouses are agriculture and simple labor job (57%). The household's monthly income is less than 2 million won a month and more than about 50% each. It showed that the ratio of those who are thinking of difficulties is about 28% on the other hand about 16% of them seem to have no great difficulties of their household situation. Fourth, majority of migrant women had working experience in their home country but about 63% have no special qualifications other than the driver's license. Approximately about 49% of migrant women have current jobs and mostly engaged in service sector or blue collar job and agriculture. Employment is mostly introduced by friends, acquaintances and relatives. The monthly income is less than 1.7 million won. Fifth, about 35% of migrant women are preparing for jobs and many of them are struggling to learn Korean in order to work. However, they suffer difficulties in employment due to lack of Korean skills. Besides, house chores, child-rearing and lack of suitable jobs are other obstacles. Sixth, approximately 44% had job training for employment. They were satisfied but due to their poor Korean ability, the training wouldn't have a great help because they couldn't understand the content. For these reasons, it seems that the training program is not appropriate for them. There is no choice but to limit the training jobs mostly to driving lessons, haircut . cosmetics, computer, baking etc. Computer is the most wanted course. Seventh, professional employment is difficult due to various limitations. The rate of white-collar jobs is only 21%. The percentage of service-sector jobs is 22% almost similar to the care giver. Sales staff is about 31%. Blue collar job is about 23% and there is only very small range for them to get these type of jobs. Eight, with the help of the multi-cultural family support center, migrant women can obtain a lot of training programs and their most convenient time is on weekdays mostly in the morning. The government wanted to provide free Korean language class, but learning computer is their best choice. There are any suggestions for this basis. First, the married migrant who wanted to acquire citizenship must complete the social integration program and set of Korean language equally from basic courses, the 450 hours step by step program. Only those who completed the course can attend the job training. This program is the basic condition to increase the completion rate of social integration program and Korean language of foreign spouses so that they can have the jobs they wanted. It is a mandatory course to lower the frequency of communication problem. Second, it can create job employment as bilingual instructors, multi-cultural instructors and be employed at the multi-cultural center as Chinese, Japanese, Filipina and Vietnamese interpreter/translator, to help the married migrant to overcome the basic conflict between the couple, mother in-law and the difficulties of communication by adapting multi-cultural age. Third, there should be a preparation of long-term policy through child-care policy to support married migrants who are in the remote area, those low income families and children who are home alone until third grade.
