Reform and opening was carried out in December, 1978 during the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee. It’s a Chinese policy refers to reform inside and opening to the outside. China domestic reform first start from rural areas. The sign of the beginning is the acting of "the rural household responsibility system" of Xiaogang village, Fengyang country ,Anhui province. During the session, Deng Xiaoping put forward the four modernizations requirements to agriculture, industry, science and technology and national defense.
The beginning of a new era, China has made a earthshaking changes during the passed thirty years since reform and opening policy acted. Based on 2013, China has successfully developed to the second most powerful economic country next to USA. The enterprises grow very rapidly according to the development of the whole country economics. Meanwhile, there are 95 Chinese companies enter the world top 500 companies which is 83 more than 2003. Lenovo, Huawei, Geely are the successful representative enterprises. These entrepreneurs bring entrepreneurship into full play during the development of the entire enterprise.
Enterprises play a leading role in the development of the country. There would be no national economic ability without enterprises development, let alone the rising of national living standards. Enterprises play a very important role in the whole country, while entrepreneurs play a very important role in enterprises, and entrepreneurship plays a very important role in enterprises. So it’s very necessary to make a intensive study on entrepreneurship.
This makes a study on the relationship during entrepreneurship, organization culture and organization effectiveness .The results of the studies are listed as follows:
