Reform and opening was carried out in December, 1978 during the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee. It’s a Chinese policy refers to reform inside and opening to the outside. China domestic reform first start from rural areas. The enterprises grow very rapidly according to the development of the whole country economics.
In response to these changes, part of the advancing enterprise to resolve the conflicts in the conflicts in the work-family, family-work has to do with accepting a flexible employment system, rethinking the quality of administration and finding quality manpower.
This study aims to analyze the relationship between Work Interference with Family(WIF), Family Interference with Work(FIW) and Job satisfaction an Organizational commitment and Turnover Intentions, and whether Job Burnout and Job Stress have moderating effect on the relationship. In order to achieve the research objectives, I conducted a survey of staff who are employed in organization of Beijing Province of China, 179 survey questionnaires were collected and frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis techniques were used for statistical analysis. Results are as follows.
1.The Work Interference with Family(WIF), Family Interference with Work(FIW) have negative effects on Job satisfaction.
2.The Work Interference with Family(WIF), Family Interference with Work(FIW) have negative effects on Organizational commitment.
3.The Work Interference with Family(WIF), Family Interference with Work(FIW) have positive effects on Turnover Intentions.
4.The Job Burnout and Job Stress have positive effects on Work Interference with Family(WIF), Family Interference with Work(FIW).
5.The Job Burnout and Job Stress have negative effects on Job satisfaction.
6.The Job Burnout and Job Stress have negative effects on Organizational commitment.
7.The Job Burnout and Job Stress have negative effects on Turnover Intentions.
8.The Job Stress acts as an intermediary between Work Interference with Family(WIF), Family Interference with Work(FIW) and Job satisfaction, Organizational commitment, Turnover Intentions.
9.The effect of Work Interference with Family(WIF), Family Interference with Work(FIW) on Job satisfaction, Organizational commitment, Turnover Intentions showed that the quality of Job Burnout didn't have an influenc
