Along with the rapid globalization in international business and the development of economy and modern science in today’s world, innovation is the key of organizational or enterprise survival, and what can affect organizational innovation is very important. So this study aims to analyze the relationship among leadership, entrepreneurship and organizational Innovation, and whether entrepreneurship have mediating effect on the relationship.
In order to achieve the research objectives, I conducted a survey of staff who are employed in organization of Hebei, Henan and LiaoningProvince of China, 142 survey questionnaires were collected and frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis techniques were used for statistical analysis. Results are as follows.
First, As the result of empirical study, an independent variable in the model is the leadership, and the mediating variable is the entrepreneurship. The first analysis of the relationship between leadership and entrepreneurship, highlights the positive effects of leadership on entrepreneurship.
Second, As the result of empirical study, the analysis of the relationship between entrepreneurship and organizational innovation, highlights the positive effects of entrepreneurship on organizational innovation.
Third, As the result of empirical study, an independent variable in the model is the leadership, and the dependent variable is the organizational innovation. So the analysis of the relationship between leadership and organizational innovation, highlights the positive effects of leadership on organizational innovation.
Forth, the mediating roles of the entrepreneurship showed that the leadership was found to be mediated by the entrepreneurship in terms of the effect on organizational innovation.
We believe that the results of this study can make a contribution in terms of advancing our understanding of what can affect organizational innovation. At last, some directions to the future researches and limitations of this are discussed.
