The theory of career anchor is an important theory in modern human resource management, carry out career education among college students with the help of the effective evaluation of career anchor not only benefit students in their professional orientation and selection, but also conducive to the university in the effectiveness of career education. The career anchor theory presented by well-known U.S. career guidance expert Professor Edgar • H • Schein provides a theoretical guidance for career orientation and selection for college students. With career anchor theory as research perspective and theoretical support and with the college students as research subject, through empirical analysis, this tries to apply the career anchor theory to employment conception of college students.

Furthermore, the higher grades pursuit more stable, more savety job as same as the sex. It was depends on the society of china in currently, which was difficult to get a job due to the excess graduate student and the less employment in china.
