This study is based on the Chinese students who have an intermediate level of Korean and the purpose is to analyze the Korean education by using the modern poetry of Korea. The author had delivered the surveys in order to nderstand the requests from the Chinese learners of the odern poetry of Korea. Then the author chose a suitable modern poetry of Korean as an example to make a corresponding eaching plan.
Chapter one focuses on the analysis of the current situation of Korean
education to point out the significance of this research. The purpose and writing methods of this are determined after studying the references.
Chapter two mainly studies the relevance between the modern poetry and the language education in Korea. By illustrating the value of poetry in language education, proceeded to discuss the meaning of learning modern poetry in Korean education.
Chapter three analyzes the existing Korean teaching materials to point out the issues of poetry education in Korean education at the present stage.
Chapter four is based on the results of the surveys, to choose the modern poetry for the language learners accordingly and then making the corresponding education plans.
The most important aspect of Language Education is to learn the Language communication skills. Poetry stimulates the mind, and needed in order to be proficient in Korean. Using poetry texts as an education method is one's way of learning language. In Korean language education are quite scarce the author anticipates that this study will cultivates the interest and makes the learners achieve more.
