Language is not the only communicational system which belongs to human beings, but a symbolic expressional
medium which possesses linguistic trait in different periods. The phenomenon that numerous distinction in sentence structure and grammatical methodology is because of the linguistic nature owned by different countries. Korean language and Japanese language contain the agglutinative language characters, in conversion, English language and Latin language have the inflectional language traits and Chinese language has isolated language traits. These sorts of language traits become the hugest factors which make Chinese people feel very difficult while studying the second foreign language.
When Chinese people learning Korean language, since they are not easy to acknowledge the combination of postposition and ending in Korean language, which makes them encounter difficulties. Meanwhile, Chinese language regularly has the trait that word order like grammatical relationship, conversely, in Korean language, there exist the agglutinative language traits containing three sorts of particle system, which are postpositions that decides the sentence's components, additional particles that give additional meanings, and conjunctive particles that link the sentences, and prefinal ending and final ending as well. This kind of difference in the grammatical mechanism could be regarded as the difficulties when Chinese people learning Korean language. Being different to the particles which show the meaningful distinctions firmly, postpositions are regulated as a role of component in a sentence by which Korean language is very difficult to understand.
Except for the adverb postpositions, it does not exist the studies relating to postpositions as a whole among the studies regarding postposition words, therefore, as the subject for discussion, the appearance for realizing postposition will be looked deeper in this study. Via the sufficient discussion for postpositions as a whole, I'm willing to accentuate the fact that the postpositions should be put ahead position when teaching Chinese people learning Korean language. Besides, the 7 sorts of postpositions which decide sentence components also would be discussed, and as well as the omission of postpositions. This is due to the fact that for Chinese people who are learning Korean language, postposition learning is a must. In order to be expedient for preparing a plan to overcome the difficulties when learning language, the distinction between propositions exist in Chinese language and Korean language will be compared.
This study focuses on the postpositions that confused the Chinese students who are studying Korean languages. It is expected to acknowledge very useful information that in this study, practical cases will be shown for the Chinese or Korean language learners. However, it is also insufficient for that this study was not able to analyze the whole parts of postpositions, due to numerous means to use postpositions and the differences between every postpositions's meanings and usages.
In this study, I stated Korean postpositions and Chinese postpositions which are used very frequently, however, it is very limited in terms of enumerating the whole postpositions. For the limitation of this study, there were many parts could not be discussed, it is necessary to implement the more detailed studies on postpositions. in the future, we should be more concentrated on the studies about postpositions and for in-depth studies, the constitutional tests are needed.
