This study is for finding out the status about the policy on the Korean language education for multicultural family and for identifing the problem, also we would like to consult the good way about the Korean language education as a foreign language.
To do this, we refer to the previous studies of existing about the policy on the Korean language education and the policy on the Korean language education for multicultural family.
And we consult the immigrant intergration policy & social intergration policy in multicultural family-related policies and compare Korean policy with other countries's national language education policy.
Based on this, we make a comparative study of the department of justice and the female-family among them.
Then we find the problems of the the policy on the Korean language education for multicultural family and also solutions.
Now, we are regnized the problem of performed duplicate between the governments and the duplicate advantage for multicultural family through the research about the policy on the Korean language education for multicultural family.
Therefore, we need to study about the improvements for the policy, and check up the the research about the policy on the Korean language education & the research about the policy on the Korean language education for multicultural family.
The study about the policy on the Korean language education is, as for multicultural family of consisting of immigrant women belonging to gaps in existing research.
On the section 3, we understand the current support measures about central government agencies and local Governments in the policy on the Korean language education for multicultural family.
And then, KIIP(Korea Immigration & Integration program) in the department of justice & the policy on the Korean language education in the ministry of gender equality & family are preformed duplicate for same targets.
On the section 4, we compare KIIP in the department of justice with the policy on the Korean language education in the ministry of gender equality & family .
And we find the problems & solution about these.
We arrange policy objectives, strategy, advantage for the policy enforcement, improving awareness, cooperation with agencies, budget for policy and duplication of policy enforcement etc. in the consumer's criteria on the policy initiatives on the issue.
We also find the problems in the field of education on behalf of teachers, such as teacher training, emphasis on education, learners & parents, associated with family and the development of training materials etc.
We find the problems in terms of learners such as promotion of training courses, subject, the benefits after completion etc.
We consider the terms of policy initiatives and aspects of education in the improvement of the policy on the Korean language education for multicultural family.
As a result, we propose the set of policy objectives, policy enforcement, providing benefits, cooperation and effective enforcement of the budget in terms of policy initiatives.
And we also propose the improvement of aspects of education such as teacher, learners and materials.
We persent alternative plan about the promotion of future policy on the Korean language education for multicultural family.
Further, there is the need to consider to effective way about Korean language education for members of a multicultural society instead of competition policy between the government agencies.
To do this, we must continue the study about the integration of the Korean language education for multicultural family and the development of a variety of training courses.
And we also should be established the policy on the Korean language education according to the needs for social integration and the learner's ability.
