In this study, I try to achieve the purpose of Korean Language Cultural Education, extension of communication's ability which leads to understand whole the Korean culture, through researching of a Study on Korean Cultural Education Plans Applying Korean History. The subject of this study is thE. H.istory of Korea for the Korean language learners and this study develops an argument centered on Joseon Dynasty. Therefore, this study establishes a goal and the problem of content selection of History of Korea education for the Korean language learners as the primary theme. And for achieving full understanding of the Korean culture, this study proposes the Korean language cultural education Plans Applying Korean History based on the Cultural Anthropology and Contents Based Approach.
In the introduction, the purpose and necessity of a study on Korean cultural education plans applying History of Korea is introduced and after examining this study, Cultural Anthropology and Contents Based Approach were used as references for methods for description on this study. In chapter Ⅱ, the current conditions of Korean Language cultural education carried out in field of Korean Language education through analysis of teaching materials, after recognizing the problems of the cultural education, the purpose of History of Korea cultural education for Korean learners based on the purpose of cultural education is presented. In chapter Ⅲ, the contents of cultural education of Joseon Dynasty based on 'King Sejong the Great', '임진왜란', ‘동학농민운동’ were analyzed and arranged. In chapter Ⅳ, the principle selection of cultural education were set up and on this, the contents were categorized, selected, and organized. In chapter Ⅴ, based on arguments until this point, the suggestion of teaching and learning of study on Korean Cultural Education Applying History of Korea is presented. First of all, I establish the goal of every step of the cultural education, and design the teaching and learning model plans of the class course. At last, in chapter Ⅵ, the result of the conclusion of this study is presented and how the direction of the Study on Korean Cultural Education should be embodied is suggested.
