Nowadays, information is the key element that decides the competitiveness of firms in the rapidly changing global business environment. Not only in Korea China also noticed the information. In order to ensure the competitive advantage, Enterprise made a lot of effort. The purpose of this thesis is analysis the differences of CEO’ IT leadership, IT investment level, user satisfaction and value between Korea and China.
There is a questionnaire including the items of CEO’ IT leadership, IT investment level, user satisfaction and value. Over 100 pieces of data has been acquired from the person in charge of the information system. In order to verify the accordance of the data with hypothesis drawn, though the SPSS 13.0 using the T-Test, ANCOVA statistical method to explain the difference of CEO’ IT leadership, IT investment level, user satisfaction and value between Korea and China and why small to medium firm in China did not use ASP.
Finally, the author find there are differences on CEO’ IT leadership and user satisfaction between Korea and China. Base on this thesis the author describe the main reasons for the difference. The main reason of the result is the difference of information level. If want to change the level, China need more time, human resources, talents and financial investment. In conclusion, looking forward to the future in accordance with the small to medium firms, sector, firm size, geography and etc. have more in satisfaction research introduction.
