This study is to investigate the analyzed effects on the attributes of choice and customers satisfaction on Korean restaurant in China.
The purposes of this research are as follows.
First, what's the most important attributes when Chinese people chooses the Korean restaurant.
Second, it's the useful information for Korean restaurant entrepreneur who want to enter Chinese food market later.
The sample group was consists by 330 Chinese customers of Shenyang in China who at least once have been eaten Korean food in Korean restaurant of Shenyang in China, and the result of 293 answer-sheets were analyzed. The frequency analysis descriptive statistics analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, one-way ANOVA, and multiple regression were used as method of analyzing.
The results of this study were follows.
First, the most important things of Chinese customers choose the Korean restaurant are the taste and quality of food, the fresh food material, health and cleaning.
Second, the 'price strategy' factor is influential to the oral dissemination.
Third, the 'facility and convenience' factors are influential to the satisfaction, visit, and oral dissemination.
This research is expected to help them who want to entry into Chinese food market.
