In fact, the baby boomers in Korea have spent their lives passionately in various industrial fields in Korea and have spent their youth in various changes in the society to achieve democratization such as the 5.18 democracy movement and the 6.10 democratic uprising through military dictatorship. It is an important task for Korean society to see how baby boomers with these characteristics can achieve their retirement lives. Also, in the age of 100, the baby boom generation will take a big part in becoming a welfare state so that the baby boomers can spend their old age freely and healthily. In this study, I would like to design a space where seniors can gather together in one space and share their hobbies and join together in relation to senior's retirement. This research suggests the space that improves health, psychology and sociality through the behavior analysis of seniors so that they feel comfortable and comfortable without feeling loneliness while staying in the space. 우리나라는 산업사회화 이후 급속한 도시화 및 산업화로 인해 가족의 분리가 이루어짐에 따라 출산율의 감소로 이어졌고 의료기술의 발달로 인해 사망률이 감소하면서 고령화현상이 심화... 우리나라는 산업사회화 이후 급속한 도시화 및 산업화로 인해 가족의 분리가 이루어짐에 따라 출산율의 감소로 이어졌고 의료기술의 발달로 인해 사망률이 감소하면서 고령화현상이 심화되었다. 통계청에 따르면 2016년 노령화지수는 95.1로 68.0인 2010년보다 증가한 것을 알 수 있다. 또한 국제연합(UN)이 정한 고령화사회에 따르면 한국의 2030년에는 65세 이상 노인인구의 비율이 20퍼센트를 넘을 것으로 예상하고 있다. 이에 고령화로 인한 사회적 대비책이 필요하다는 것을 알 수 있다. 현재 베이비붐세대가 은퇴하는 적령기를 맞이함에 따라 문화, 복지, 경제 등 액티브시니어들이 차지하는 분야가 점차 다양해지고 있다. 실제로, 우리나라 베이비붐세대는 한국의 다양한 산업현장에서 열정적으로 자신의 삶을 보냈고, 군부독재를 거쳐 5.18민주화운동, 6.10 민주항쟁 등 민주화를 달성하기 사회의 다양한 변화 속에서 젊은 시절을 보냈다. 이러한 특징을 지닌 베이비붐세대가 은퇴 후의 삶을 어떻게 이뤄나갈 것인가는 한국 사회의 중요한 과제이다. 또한 100세 시대를 맞이한 한국에서 베이비붐세대가 건강하고 자유롭게 노년을 보낼 수 있도록 복지국가로서의 도약에도 커다란 부분을 차지할 것이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 시니어의 은퇴와 관련하여 이들이 한 공간에 모여 서로의 취미를 공유하고 함께 어울릴 수 있도록 공간을 디자인하고자 한다. 시니어의 행태분석을 통해 건강과 심리, 사회성까지 향상시키는 공간을 제안하여 그들이 공간에 머물면서 외로움을 느끼지 않고 편안하고 안락함을 느끼도록 디자인하는데 본 연구의 의의가 있다. 또한 시니어의 심리부분까지 고려하고자 한다.
