Since 1990s, under the background of the whole world, physical education plays an important role in the education of special schools,especially in physical education for special students , exercising the student body's flexibility, and correcting bad body posture. It has a very important significance to develop good exercise habits, correct bad body posture, eliminate and overcome the adverse effects caused by physical defects, develop and establish the correct outlook on life. In modern society, the health of the body is emphasized in the primary and secondary schools, and the health problems of the special students are gradually paid attention to. Therefore, it is necessary to make a comparative study of the special physical education curriculum in other countries so as to find out the differences between China and other countries. Due to similar geographical location, there are many similar aspects in culture, education etc. in Korea and China. With the deepening of reform and opening-up policy of China, after the new Chinese was established, Chinese education has been affected by the former Soviet Union, which was a socialist education system, while Korea were influenced by the United States, thus changes becoming democratic education curriculum form. Therefore, comparability between these two sides is very strong in the physical education curriculum. The purpose of this study is to explore the development of special physical education curriculum in China and Korea. In this , literature analysis and comparative research methods are sdopted so as to collect special education courses, special sports education courses and other related information about Korea and China, and then it collates, explores and summarizes and analyzes and makes a comparison. By setting the status of Korean and Chinese special sports school curriculum in the comparative study, this aims to reveal the advantage of setting two lessons, thus pushing forward the mutual learning, promoting the further development of special physical education curriculum of China and Korea. Conclusion of the study: First, With the same educational goal in common education and basic education, there are some differences in the purpose of setting the English course between the two sides, one is for the future, the other is for career. The two sides set the same teaching time. But the class hour of Grade three to Grade six, some grades in junior high school is different. The objective of Compulsory education in China is different from the special education school curriculum, and a specific course is set for students from special school. As for setting the courses, Korean courses are more diversified then Chinese courses, providing some reference Chinese courses. Second Considering from the P.E curriculum of the vision-disorders school, there are both some similarities and differences in educational goals of the two countire.The similarity is the goal which is to improve exercise capacity and physical fitness training.While the differences are as follow: firstly, Korea stresses that sports activities in conductive to develop a good state of mind, and to regulate learning habit, while China emphasizes collectivism, because sports can train students' hearing, and correct "blind phase". As far as the teaching time is concerned, the proportion of Korean physical education class is higher than that of China. And in terms of contents of the course, course contents are more abundant in Korea than in China. Thirdly, Considering from the P.E curriculum of the audition-disorders school, the educational goal aims to put emphasis on improving the enthusiasm of students so as to make them participate in sports, andto improve their ability, to improve health through sports. In Korea, sports is contribute to developing a good attitude, standardizing learning habits, but China has not mentioned. As for teaching time, physical education courses in primary school accounts for higher proportion of all courses in China than Korea, while the proportion in junior high school is higher in Korea than in China. As for the content, China has opened a traditional Chinese martial arts courses with Chinese characteristics. South Korea has set a group movement, dance and other courses. Fourthly, Considering from the P.E curriculum of the dysnoesia school, the goal is the same in these two countries, which is to improve the ability of movement through mastering the basic movement methods and to improve safety awareness so as to develop good habits. China emphasizes learning basic health care knowledge so as to develop good health habits, whil Korea emphasizes the training of basic sports ability, improving self-confidence, and spending leisure activities. In terms of course contents, Korea has opened the traditional dance class, while Chinese courses are divided into theory, practice class. Fiftly, There is physical-disability school in Korea, but no such shool is in China. Therefore, when it comes to compare, this make a comparison between Korean common education and physical education curriculum content and Chinese compulsory education curriculum.
