국 문 요 약 학생교육문화회관 공연장 조명시스템 연구 17개의 시·도교육청 직속기관으로 전국에 총 22곳이 있는 학생교육문화회관은 제7차 교육과정 실시와 함께 외형적으로 많은 성장을 ... 국 문 요 약 학생교육문화회관 공연장 조명시스템 연구 17개의 시·도교육청 직속기관으로 전국에 총 22곳이 있는 학생교육문화회관은 제7차 교육과정 실시와 함께 외형적으로 많은 성장을 이루었다. 하지만 이 성장과 비교하여 교육과정의 목표를 충실히 달성할 수 있는지에 관련한 연구는 그리 많지 않다. 이에 대해 본 연구에서는 전국의 각 학생교육문화회관의 운영목표에서 중심이 되는 가치와 자주 언급되는 단어로 학생, 문화, 예술, 교육, 행복을 찾게 되었다. 이러한 공통된 운영목표를 바탕으로 학생교육문화회관은‘학생들의 문화, 예술, 교육 지원을 위한 교육문화 공간’이라고 정의하여 보았다. 전국에 있는 22곳의 학생교육문화회관(원) 중 공연장으로 등록이 되어있는 곳은 부산광역시학생예술문화회관, 대구학생문화센터, 광주학생교육문화회관, 인천학생교육문화회관, 충청남도학생교육문화원, 충청북도학생교육문화원, 경상북도학생문화회관, 전라북도교육문화회관, 제주학생문화원으로 9곳이다. 본 논문에서 다루게 될 것은 학생교육문화회관의 무대조명 시스템, 디머 설치와 운영 실태, 공연장 등록 현황 등을 살펴보고 이에 따른 문제점을 도출하고자 한다. 도출된 문제점에 대한 제안은 다음과 같다. 첫째, LED, 무빙라이트와 같은 다기능을 가진 조명기의 사용이다. 앞서 말했듯이 무대준비시간이 없이 공연이 계속 이루어지는 학생교육문화회관의 대관일정으로 인한 시간과 인력부족에 대한 부분을 LED, 무빙라이트는 가장 효율적으로 해결할 수 있다. 둘째, 트래킹 백업 시스템의 활용이다. 트래킹 백업 시스템이란 공연 중 두 개의 콘솔이 동시에 작동하여 메인 콘솔에 문제가 생겼을 경우 바로 백업 콘솔을 이용하여 공연에 문제가 생기지 않도록 하는 보다 안정적인 조명운용을 할 수 있는 시스템 방식이다. 셋째, 학생교육문화회관만의 조명시스템 구축이다. 학생교육문화회관의 체육관, 도서관, 평생학습관 등에서 진행하고 있는 체험학습이나 기타 활동과 같은 프로그램처럼 공연장 또한 청소년을 위한 문화예술 프로그램을 제공하는 것이다. 이를 통해 학생들은 미래의 진로체험, 공연의 이해, 빛에 대한 이해를 더욱 흥미롭게 할 수 있을 것이다. 넷째, 공연장 감독의 전문인화이다. 공연장의 체계적인 관리 및 공연의 품질을 향상시키기 위해서는 일반 공무원이 담당하거나 비전문인이 관리하고 있는 공연장에 전문지식과 자격을 갖춘 감독을 반드시 배치해야 한다. 다섯째, 정기점검 기간의 확보이다. 공연법에 명시되어 있듯이 일정기간에 한 번씩 정기점검을 하게 되어 있지만 공연장 관리자가 주기적으로 자체점검을 하는 것도 필요하다. 또한 연중 장기적인 점검기간을 확보하여 전체적으로 세부적인 점검기간을 가질 수 있도록 해야 한다. 학생교육문화회관이 학생들을 위한 문화와 교육의 장의 역할을 다하려면 시대의 변화를 반영하며 안전한 시스템을 체계적으로 구축해 가야 할 필요성이 있다. 본 연구가 이를 위한 시발점이 되기를 바라며 더 나은 연구들이 잇따라 나오기를 기대한다.

ABSTRACT A Study on Lighting system of the Education and Cultural Center for Students Kim, Su Hyun Dept. of Scenography & Production Design The Graduate School Sangmyung University A total of 22 Educational and Cultural Center for Students under the 17 Education Offices, both at the Municipality and Provincial level have shown recently great development. This year was their 7th Educational course and progress has been made at both implementation and external development. However, there are not so many studies that compare this growth with the sincere achievement of the Education Course’s objectives. During this study, we focused on the objectives of the Education and Culture Centers for students around the country and in the values which define them. We discover that the words more often used in all of them are: students, culture, art, education and happiness. The common point of the objectives of all these Centers defines them as: “Education and Culture Center for students is a space to support Students’ culture, art, and education”. Busan Arts and Culture Center for Students, Daegu Cultural Center for Students, Gwangju Education and Cultural Center for Student, Incheon Educational and Cultural Center for Student, Chungchungnamdo Education Culture Student Center, Chungcheonbukdo Students Educational and Cultural Center, Gyeongsangbukdo Cultural Center for Students, Jeollabukdo Educational and Cultural Center, and Jeju Students Cultural Center are enrolled as performing halls of the 22 centers. The study focuses on the issues of stage lighting system, installment dimmer and operation condition of the nine performance halls, and of current situation of the registration. These are the suggestions about the issues. First, it is use of LED or moving lightning. Students usually experience lack of time and manpower due to constant rental schedules. In this situation, using LED or moving lightning is an alternative to solve the issue. Second, it is use of tracking backup system. Tracking backup system means using two consoles together in case of the main console is not working, so that performance keeps going on through the stable lighting system. Third, it is establishment of creative lighting system for Education and Cultural Centers. It will provide cultural art programs for students like gymnasium, library, life-long learning center in Education and Cultural Centers. Through the creative lighting system, students can be more interested in career experiences, and understanding of performance and lighting system. Fourth, it is use of professional performance managers. In order to manage the performance halls effectively and to improve quality of the performance, the professional manager is essential instead of government officials or unprofessional workers. Fifth, regular inspection is vital. As the regular inspection is specified in the Public Performance Act, it should be done regularly. It is also necessary for a manager of performance hall to follow up with self-inspection. Securing a long-term inspection period help have a specific inspection. The study begins with necessity to set up a safe and effective lighting system for Education and Cultural Centers. The enhanced centers will be good education and cultural places for students.
