Especially for students who enter Characterization High School are required to decide on their careers and have professional expertise in their careers because most students should get a job after graduating from high school. While the students establish their careers based on their own skills, knowledge, and information, there is a great influence on students from school and family background. But previous studies have focused on analyzing factors that affect students’ career activities at home or at school. Many preceding research studies show that many factors in homes and schools influence student’s career maturity. However, there was a limit to the specifics of the details of the factors to career maturity. It’s a most important thing to provide students with a specific way to increase their career maturity and secure data for appropriate career education to students. Therefore, this study would be a purpose to analyze about how the culture capital and social capital in family affects on career maturity through specific empirical research on the family environment. In the meantime, Characterization High School had been eager to make many students enter college rather than they get a job, like as reflecting structure of employment focus on college graduate. So that many students used Characterization High School as a easy way to enter collage. In particular, many businesses have reduced the hiring students from commercial high schools. There are several reasons but the main cause is due to the course of the commercial high schools that couldn't cope actively for the drastic change in the structure manpower requirements of the business. Owing to these changes in circumstances, the admission rate for college from commercial high school has increased and it gradually became losing a cause as a vocational education agency. Recently, however, the government newly renewed its curriculum and reorganized the vocational training process to intense the career education. This feasibility study is to analyze students of commercial high school for regaining reputation as vocational education agency. The study focused on first-grade 278 students of commercial high school located in Daegu and North Gyeongsang Province. The survey instruments are a questionnaire consisting of the cultural capital in the family scales, the social capital in the family scales, the scale of career maturity in addition to demographic characteristics and family background of students. The statistical analysis method used in this study was used by the SPSS 18.0 Program. First of all figure out the demographics of the subjects and then calculated frequency and percentage to use as a controlling variable. Next on analyzing the frequency analysis, factor analysis and analyzing reliability of independent variables for verifying validity and reliability. Next, in order to analyze the correlation between culture capital in family, social capital in family, and career maturity, the study has conducted a correlation analysis. Lastly, to explore the effects of cultural capital in family and social capital in family on the career maturity, the study was performed multiple regression analysis After analysis, the results is summarized below. First, as a result of analysis relation of between cultural capital in family and career maturity of commercial high school students, culture capital in family have a significant effect on career maturity. In particular, objective culture capital shared with family such as such as books, a musical instrument, CDs, and sports organizations, it has been analyzed that significant correlation is affected to career maturity. It means that if family share books or CDs in home, it could be enhanced their children’s career maturity also. Second, as a result of analysis relation of between social capital in family and career maturity of commercial high school students, social capital in family have a significant effect on career maturity. It revealed that relational social capital particularly has a significant correlation with career maturity. A narrow-minded teenager need to help deciding how to navigate and decide decisions. So the study said that interest and affection of parents affected to children’s career maturity. Third, as a result of analysis relation of between culture capital in family and social capital in family of commercial high school students, these affected each other. Cognitive dimension, one of the components of social capital, is related to culture capital and components of culture capital. It means that if parents share culture capital and social capital together, it could be enhanced children’s career maturity higher through the complementary effects of two factors. Finally, the results of this study showed that the types of capital forms shared among family within the home have been complicated by various factors, ranging from children's careers to children's careers.
