최근 고용노동부에서 발표한 산업재해통계를 보면 산업재해가 감소세에 있는 것은 사실이지만, 여전히 산업재해율은 OECD 회원국 중 가장 높은 수준이다. 산업재해의 주된 원인은 근로자의 ... 최근 고용노동부에서 발표한 산업재해통계를 보면 산업재해가 감소세에 있는 것은 사실이지만, 여전히 산업재해율은 OECD 회원국 중 가장 높은 수준이다. 산업재해의 주된 원인은 근로자의 불안전한 행동으로 선행연구 조사 및 분석을 통해서 안전 분위기가 향상되면 충분히 감소시킬 수 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 선행연구 결과를 토대로 제조업체를 선정하여 조사 및 실증분석을 하였다. 설문 조사는 개발한 측정도구를 이용하여 120명에게 실시하였으며, 실증분석은 SPSS(Statistical Package for Social Science) 프로그램을 사용하여 상관분석과 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 상관분석 결과, 선행연구에서 조사된 바와 같이 안전 분위기가 근로자의 안전행동에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 그리고 근로자가 안전행동(안전보건 준수 행동, 안전보건 적극적 참여 행동, 지적활동)을 할 수 있도록 향상시켜야 할 안전 분위기의 구성요소는 안전장치 및 설비, 안전보건규정, 부서내 안전 분위기이다. 그 중 부서내 안전 분위기는 근로자의 안전행동 각 항목에 다 포함될 정도로 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 근로자의 안전행동을 할 수 있도록 안전장치 및 설비를 개선하고, 현장에 필요한 안전보건규정을 마련하며, 무엇보다도 부서내에서 안전행동을 할 수 있도록 분위기를 만들어 주는 것이 우선해야 할 과제이다.
