This study examines the relationship between road name addresses andunique place names, and has been largely accomplished with two purposes. First, the problem factors that people feel uncomfortable in real life due to the road name address and the problems that are expected to occur due to the new road name address are analyzed through the preliminary research data and internal data and frequency analysis of the administrative institution And suggest policy suggestions for the implications and road name addresses. Second, we review the current status and status of Buddhist nomination, including Chungcheongbuk - do and its unique place name, which may be forgotten due to the new street name address, and examine the desirable direction and alternatives for future succession. As a result, the following results were obtained. First, the number of road names is excessive. Second, it is the fact that unusual road names such as abstract nouns are named too many. Third, it uses too many synthetic road names. Fourth, it is very difficult to predict the location through the street name address due to these circumstances. Finally, in 2008, the Lee Myung Bak administration was able to confirm that the names derived from Buddhism were intentionally excluded because of the religious name exclusion guidelines of the Road Name Address Book. In this way, the road name address policy already implemented through empirical research has the following problems. First, as a result, the street name address overlooks history and traditional culture. It is also destroying the tradition and cultural community of the village that had been in the past due to the change of place name. This can be attributed to the fact that the Korean traditional culture with the consideration of the Zen culture, which is a planned road in the West, proceeded without consideration and consideration. Second, it is difficult to estimate the location through the street name address. The current street name address is a policy that does not fit the name of the existing village in Korea centered on the district. Also, the burden of memorizing the road name which is more than 7 times more than the existing name of Dong-li, and the social cost are very large. Third, the street name address is a policy that is far from the actual life of the people in terms of seeking the national happiness because of the increase of the addresses to be memorized and the longer road name address syllable. In this study, we propose some policy suggestions through the diagnosis and the current state of the problem about the road name address policy. First, it is a full review of the road name address policy. If a full review can not be made, it is necessary to consider using existing street addresses as lane numbers as well as using street address in developing new cities. Second, the number of roads is much larger than existing Dong-ri, so it is difficult for local residents to memorize them. Therefore, it is desirable to reduce the total number of street names, and it is necessary to exclude the abbreviations of abstract nouns that exclude history and locality in address naming. Third, it should be reflected in the request of revision of the place name through the gathering of opinion of the residents about the fact that the Buddhist nomination left as fossilization is excluded. Fourth, it is necessary to establish a "National Nominating Committee" to coordinate and control the confusion about naming. It should be made up of personnel with professional insights on the place names, such as linguists, historians, geographers, religious scholars, and social scientists, and should be given naming procedures in accordance with the Republic of Korea's historical name and objective naming process. Fifth, the court should promptly hear the case against the Constitutional Court on the grounds that it is against the development of national culture. If the street name address is an inconvenience and suffering for the people as in the unconstitutional lawsuit, it should be seriously worried about it in the field of public opinion even now. The discussion on the relation between the unique place name and the roadname address performed in this study can be an empirical basis for re-discussing the road name address policy. In particular, it is thought that the scholarly contribution can be made to the preservation and maintenance of 'unique designation' or 'historical Buddhist nomination' which is historically and culturally meaningful. ,韩语论文,韩语论文 |
