The rural villages have drawn attention as the places to perform the recreational functions for urban residents and this led to implementation of the community-building projects such as Beautiful Village Project (2000), Green Farm Experience Village (2002), and Natural Ecology Excellent Village (2014). Among them, the Cultural and Historical Village Project promoted by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism aimed to create sustainable villages through economic independence by applying the historical and cultural resources of rural villages followed by attracting visitors. However, the problems were pointed out: low plans related to the history and cultural resources, selecting the project sites and the low income due to the failure to commercialize the historical cultural resources. This study has been proceeded through the project plan s, on-site survey and the expert evaluation in order to examine how the plan contents of the chosen ones as the cultural and historical villages were materialized in the field. The target villages of the study were selected among the 13 villages of the Cultural and Historical Village Projects, which had been completed in 2009. They all show comparatively high numbers of project plans, which are related to historical and cultural resources, and their completion. Here are the villages: Deokbong, Hoechon, Hyodong, Ibsan. This study aims, first of all, to comprehend the characteristics of the project plans by contemplating the objects and types of the those plans and to understand the concept of the historical and cultural resources formed through the projects themselves. And it also aims to identify the characteristics of the chosen villages with their historic and cultural resources from themselves and to grasp the characteristics of the business plans related to the resources' choice by comparing to resources having chosen as projects. Finally it analyzes the contents of the plans and the results of the projects and derives the application characteristics of historical and cultural resources from them. The characteristic of the business plan as the first result of the study is that the plans were originally designed as facility construction and experience of programs, but they failed to achieve the goal due to the lack of detailed plans related to the income of the village. In addition, the plans show maintenance and restoration of tangible resources such as buildings and sculptures among the history and culture resources of the village. It also shows space remodeling or expansion of new facilities for intangible resources. Therefore, the historical and cultural resources of the object villages from the project can be expanded to include new types of facilities that are created for the experience along with the existing tangible and intangible resources. The project plans include the improvement of the landscape of the village, such as bridge maintenance, installation of street facilities, and lighting installation, which are not related to historical and cultural resources. Secondly, the historical and cultural characteristics of the village have been identified through the historical and cultural resources extracted from the project plan s. Dukbong village shows the mixed landscape characteristics that Confucian culture resources are sporadically located along with the Hanok(Traditional Korean House) in the background of rural village landscape. Hoechon village has a landscape view of a typical rural village. Its intangible resources related to Maeji farming music represent the identity of the village. Hyodong Village has a variety of scenic resources such as agricultural landscape, water landscape, forest landscape, and residential landscape. Ibsan Village has the characteristics of traditional landscape of the traditional village spatial structure with Baesanimsu, literally meaning 'the mountains with the back, the flowing water in the front' which is the traditionally favored location of a residence, with the background of Changbaeksan Mountain, Teoandeul Field, Yugokcheon Stream of Joseon Dynasty. As a result of analyzing the historical and cultural characteristics of these villages and selected historical and cultural resources in their projects, the project plans focused on tangible and intangible historical resources and lacked the areal landscape resources which show the locality of the village, like agricultural landscape, water landscape, forest landscape, residential landscape and other social resources that are highly related to the income of the villagers. Thirdly, the results of the project plans for historical and cultural resources have been evaluated by the experts on historicality, locality, aesthetic and information transferability. Historicality has been evaluated in the respect of restoration, repair of old hanok houses and pavilions and maintenance plans of traditional houses. In terms of locality, among the historical and cultural resources that are the objects of the project, Seonghwangdang and traditional walls have been evaluated as having their locality but most of the historical and cultural resources have been negatively evaluated or excluded from the evaluation. The aesthetic has been negatively evaluated due to the erroneous traditional construction method adapted to the pond and the clay pavilion, the excessive size, form and high chroma colors of the newly equipped event square and its stand and the history cultural center that is not able to match with the village landscape. Besides, modern bench and red brick pavement nearby the dolmens, sacred trees has also a negative influence on the evaluation. The information transferability has been positively evaluated with the construction of a program running place for the experience of history culture resources of the village and the equipment of an information facility for history culture resources. This study recognizes that the historical and cultural resources of the Cultural and Historical Village Project takes an important role, analyzes after comparison the results of the projects on the base of the concrete project plans of the site and draws the characteristics of the utilization of historical and cultural resources. ，韩语论文，韩语毕业论文 |
