세계적으로 디자인산업의 수요 증가와 전략적, 혁신적 정부 R&D 사업의 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 이에 따라 정부 디자인 R&D 사업의 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 디자인산업 강화와 디자인... 세계적으로 디자인산업의 수요 증가와 전략적, 혁신적 정부 R&D 사업의 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 이에 따라 정부 디자인 R&D 사업의 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 디자인산업 강화와 디자인전문회사의 발전을 위해서는 정부 디자인 R&D 사업의 미래 수요를 예측하고 대비가 가능하게 하는 연구가 반드시 필요하다. 본 연구는 정부 디자인 R&D 사업의 현황을 분석하고, 분석된 현황을 통해 향후 사업 방향성을 예측하는데 목적이 있다. 연구 범위는 총 5개년(2011~2015) 동안 정부가 지원한 디자인전문회사 대상 정부 디자인 R&D 사업이다. 연구 방법은 미래예측 기술요소(체계성, 장기성, 균형성, 특유성, 사회성)를 근간으로 했다. 첫 번째, 체계성과 장기성을 바탕으로 정부 디자인 R&D 사업의 현황 분석 후 키워드를 추출했다. 두 번째, 정부 디자인 R&D 사업을 균형성을 보기 위해 추출된 키워드를 활용하여 산업적 측면과 연구 측면(과학기술, 인문사회)으로 분석했다. 세 번째, 특유성과 사회성 부분을 분석하기 위해, 정부 디자인 R&D 사업 이외에 객관적인 자료를 추가로 조사해 키워드를 추출하고 분석했다. 특유성은‘LG경제연구원’의 ��WEELKY 포커스��를 활용하여 경제, 산업 및 기술 부분을 분석했다. 사회성은‘아젠다 넷’의 ��연도별 대한민국 아젠다��를 활용하여 시사, 정치, 사회, 문화에 해당하는 부분을 분석했다. 연구결과 정부 디자인 R&D 사업은 ①전문, 과학 및 기술 서비스업이 연구 범위 2011~2014년 동안 가장 많은 것으로 나타났고, 제조업은 점차 증가하여 2015년에 가장 많은 것으로 나타났다. ②인문사회 분야는 연구 범위 전반에 걸쳐 가장 많았고, 과학기술 분야는 연도 횟수 경과에 따라 인문사회 분야와 비율이 대등해지는 것으로 나타났다. ③전문, 과학 및 기술 서비스업은 인문사회 분야와 밀접한 연관이 있는 것으로 나타났고, 제조업은 과학기술 분야와 연관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. ④정부 디자인 R&D 사업은 시사, 정치, 사회, 문화보다 경제, 산업 및 기술과 연관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 정부 디자인 R&D 사업은 제조업과 과학기술 분야의 투자가 증가됨에 따라 산업과 인문사회, 과학기술 전반에 걸쳐 균형이 맞춰질 것으로 예상된다. 본 연구는 디자인전문회사가 정부 디자인 R&D 사업을 체계적이며 효율적으로 대비할 수 있도록 연구됐다. 향후 정부 디자인 R&D 사업의 시간적 범위를 확장시킨 지속적 연구를 통해 디자인 R&D 사업의 미래예측 및 대응 관련 지침으로써의 역할을 할 수 있을 것이라 기대된다.

The necessity of strategic and innovative National R&D Projects is becoming significant worldwide with the increased demand for industrial design. Accordingly, the importance of National R&D businesses is being emphasized. For the reinforcement of industrial design and the development of design specialized companies, research is needed to make predictions of future demand of the National design R&D Projects and make it possible to prepare for it. The purpose of this research is to analyze the current state of National R&D Projects and predict the future business direction. The scope of this research is the National design R&D Projects for the design specialized companies supported by the government during the total 5 years (2011~2015). The method of this research was based on future predicted technical factors (Systemicity, Long-term, Balanced with market pull, Emerging generic technologies, Social impact). First, keywords were extracted based on the anaylsis of the current state of National design R&D Projects based on systemicity and long-termness. Second, to see the balance of National design R&D Projects, they were analyzed applying industrialized and research aspects (science and technology, humanities and society) using the extracted keywords. Third, to analyze the emerging generic technologies and social impact, extra objective data apart from National design R&D Projects were investigated to extract and analyze keywords. Specificity was analyzed by using ‘LG Economic Research Institute's’ [WEEKLY FOCUS] to analyze the economical, industrial and technological parts. Sociality was analyzed by using ‘Agenda 's’ [Korea's Yearly Agenda] to analyze current affairs and political, social and cultural parts. The results of the research showed that National design R&D Projects had ① the most specialized science and technology service industries during the research range of 2011~2014. ② The field of humanities and society were the largest in the whole research area, and the field of science and technology showed similar ratio with that of the humanities and society field as years passed by. ③ The service industry of specialized science and technology was shown to have a close relationship with the humanities and society field and the manufacturing industry was shown to be related with the science and technology field. ④ The National design R&D Projects were shown to have connections with the economy, industry and technology more than current affairs and political, social and cultural aspects. As a result, National design R&D Projects are expected to be balanced across industries, humanities, and science and technology based on the increase of investment in manufacturing industries and the field of science and technology. This research was conducted to have the design specialized companies systematically and efficiently prepare for National design R&D Projects. It is anticipated that through continuous research that extends the temporal scope of National design R&D Projects, it will play a role as a guide for future prediction and response of the National design R&D Projects. ，韩语论文，韩语毕业论文 |
