In order to strengthen national competitiveness in attracting the UAE government sponsored patients, it is necessary to improve domestic medical service quality and satisfaction to increase the revisit intention. This aims to investigate medical service quality, satisfaction and to examine factors influencing hospital revisit intention of the United Arab Emirates government sponsored patients. A total of 152 UAE government sponsored patients who visited Korean hospitals participated in the questionnaire survey during a four-month data collected period. Descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, correlations, stepwise multiple regression were employed using SPSS 23.0 to investigate the effects of Korean medical service quality and satisfaction on revisit intention of the United Arab Emirates government sponsored patients. The mean score of medical service quality, satisfaction, revisit intention were 5.72 out of 7, 88.88 out of 100, 4.59 out of 5, respectively. Medical service quality and satisfaction (r=0.51, p<0.001), Medical service quality and revisit intention (r=0.23, p=0.005), satisfaction and revisit intention (r=0.35, p<0.001) were positively correlated. Doctor (β=0.398, p<0.001) of satisfaction, visiting path (β=0.377, p<0.001) and responsiveness (β=0.197, p=0.014) of medical service quality explained about 23.8% of revisit intention. There are needs for doctors to communicate with patients while ensuring sufficient consultation time based on excellent medical skills and nurses to respond immediately for the patients’needs through an empathic encounter in order to improve medical service quality and patient satisfaction so that to increase the revisit intention of the United Arab Emirates government sponsored patients. Further, it is necessary for the hospitals to have support plans for providing country specialized services in consideration of the UAE culture to ensure that doctors and nurses' competencies are not undervalued by non-medical service elements such as interpreters and meals.
최근 급증하고 있는 UAE 정부송출 환자 유치를 위한 국가 경쟁력 강화를 위하여 국내 의료서비스 질과 만족도를 개선으로 재방문 의도를 높일 수 있는 기반마련이 필요하다. 본 연구는 UAE ... 최근 급증하고 있는 UAE 정부송출 환자 유치를 위한 국가 경쟁력 강화를 위하여 국내 의료서비스 질과 만족도를 개선으로 재방문 의도를 높일 수 있는 기반마련이 필요하다. 본 연구는 UAE 정부송출 환자가 인식하는 국내 의료서비스 질과 의료서비스 만족도를 파악하고, 국내 의료기관 재방문 의도에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 한다. 국내 의료기관을 이용한 UAE 정부송출 환자 152명을 대상으로 4개월간 설문을 실시하였다. 국내 의료서비스 질과 만족도가 아랍에미리트 정부송출 환자의 재방문 의도에 미치는 영향 분석을 위하여 평균 차이검정, 상관관계분석, 회귀분석을 사용하였다. UAE 정부송출 환자의 국내 의료서비스 질의 인식 정도는 7점 만점에 5.72점, 의료서비스 만족도는 100점 만점에 88.88점, 재방문 의도는 4.59점으로 나타났다. 의료서비스 질과 의료서비스 만족도(r=0.51, p<0.001), 의료서비스 질과 재방문 의도(r=0.23, p=0.005), 의료서비스 만족도와 재방문 의도(r=0.35, p<0.001)간에는 통계적으로 유의한 정(/)의 상관관계를 보였다. 만족도의 의사(β=0.398, p<0.001), 방문경로(β=0.377, p<0.001), 의료서비스 질의 반응성(β=0.197, p=0.014)은 UAE 정부송출 환자의 국내 의료기관 재방문 의도의 23.8% 설명하였다. UAE 정부송출 환자의 국내 의료기관의 재방문 의도를 높이기 위해서는 의사는 우수한 의료기술을 바탕으로 충분한 진료시간을 확보하고 환자와 소통할 필요가 있으며, 간호사는 공감을 통하여 환자의 요구에 즉각적으로 대응하여 의료서비스 질을 개선하고 환자 만족도를 향상시켜야 하겠다. 뿐만 아니라. 이러한 의사 및 간호사의 역량이 통역 및 식사 등의 비의료서비스적 요소에 의하여 저평가되지 않도록 의료기관 차원에서도 UAE 문화를 고려한 지역특화 서비스 제공 지원책을 함께 마련할 필요가 있다. ，韩语论文网站，韩语毕业论文 |
