As the multicultural and knowledge-based society, 'Interdisciplinarity' is emphasized as one of the learner competencies, not only integrating knowledge and solving problem but also communication skills, imagination ability, creativity for the learner's future. Thus, the study of interdisciplinarity instruction-learning method through art attracted many researcher attention.  This study aimed at developing the interdisciplinarity instructional design model for art classes of University general education. Based on the interdisciplinarity theory and art education theory of learning principles, 4 ONs words which consist of emotional activity (Hearts-on), Activities (Hands-on), cognitive exploration activities (Minds-on) and practical activities (Acts-on) was derived. The following learning strategies are derived elements. Was developed by 4 ONs based interdisciplinarity model (hereafter FOBI model The Four On's-Based Interdisciplinarity Model) and the FOBI model was implemented in real art class of University general education. The results were analyzed through reflective journals, in-depth interviews, results of Lesson and interdisciplinarity pledge. Applied in suggesting the final instruction-leaning model. In addition, the proposed design type as a class lesson development plan for the FOBI model users.  The model presented by study consists of analysis, design and development, and implementation and evaluation stage. First, the analysis step, stating the learning environment analysis, task analysis, learning objectives. The contents of such a learning environment, classroom, workplace learning, e-learning and task analysis is to analyze the content of such individual assignments, team assignments. The FOBI model also indicates the characteristics of the 'narrative process oriented model', 'holistic model', 'adaptive model real-world problems. Therefore the FOBI model educational environment that allows classes in a variety of ways transformation and progress, and can transition of cognitive, affective psychology movement in the process of troubleshooting a high-level collective learning achieved, as well as applied continuously in real life to provide a confirmed. So we need a positive review of the FOBI model for art Class of University general education.  In the 21st century, a complex society requires more creative talent. As a result of educational efforts for further interdisciplinary education it can not be avoided any longer. University students in particular have recognized the importance and efforts are needed to provide raised complex educational environment that can be connected in the community will enter after graduation. The researchers proposed the FOBI model concerns and solutions for the interdisciplinarity of university education as an alternative. As current interdisciplinarity is the hot lights of attention and education, the FOBI model should be a variety of studies lasting in order to the FOBI model be actively practiced in the art classes and physical education
