This research attempts to analyze the relationship among Emotion Intelligence on Resilience, Group Cohesiveness and Service-Oriented Behavior in the hotel industry according to important factors of the hotel organization as parameters. Methods of efficient human resource management of hotel employees are suggested with the facts of research as a foundation. In order to achieve its goals, this research has established hypothesis with theoretical background and analysis with actual examination. The examination for this research was carried out in between 1st Sep, 2015 to 30th Sep, 2015.
The subject of examination is sampled by hotel employees whom are currently working at first-class hotels in Seoul area. Total of five hundred fifty surveys were distributed, 539 of them were collected and 524 have been used for analysis. In regards to the questionnaires, the SPSS. Ver.22.0 statistic package has been used for the frequency analysis, credibility analysis and exploratory factor analysis for general characteristics of the sample through the cording process.

First, defining hotel employees’ emotional intelligence level and contemplating the relation between resilience and group cohesiveness.
Second, The group cohesiveness and resilience of hotel employees should consider the impact on how the service oriented behavior.
Third, contemplating how hotel employees’ emotional intelligence affects service-oriented behavior.
Fourth, analyzing how Organizational Politics controls and effects on Resilience and Group Cohesiveness according to the level of Hotel Employees’ Emotional Intelligence.
Therefore as literal method of study, organize the concept and analyze the relations between emotional intelligence, resilience, group cohesiveness and service oriented behavior. And then, set the hypothesis of this study through review of previous research. So that empirical analysis results are as follows.
First, According to the study result that verify influence of emotional intelligence to resilience has had statistically positive significant influence on resilience to 3 factors all; self-emotional appraisal, regulation of emotion, and use of emotion.
Second, According to the study result that verify influence of emotional intelligence to group cohesiveness, self-emotional appraisal has had statistically negative significant influence on group cohesiveness. Also regulation of emotion and using of emotion have had statistically positive significant influence on group cohesiveness.Third, According to the study result that verify influence of resilience to service oriented behavior, service oriented behavior has had statistically positive significant influence on resilience.
Fourth, According to the study result that verify influence of group cohesiveness to service oriented behavior, service oriented behavior has had statistically positive significant influence on group cohesiveness.
Fifth, According to the study result that verify influence of emotional intelligence to service oriented behavior, service oriented behavior has had statistically positive significant influence on emotional intelligence.
Sixth, From regulated effect of organizational politics to the influence of emotional intelligence to resilience, organizational politics has had statistically negative significant regulated effect of influence on resilience.
Seventh, analysis shows that effect of organizational politics to the influence of emotional intelligence to resilience, organizational politics has had not statistically significant regulated effect of influence on resilience. These results lead to the conclusion that the hotel has to construct an organizational atmosphere to reduce organizational political in order to achieve improved emotional intelligence, resilience, group cohesiveness, service oriented behavior.
A high emotional intelligence through resilience, group cohesiveness, service and oriented behavior will occur and these suggest that effort is needed more than anything else.
