This paper using literature analysis method and empirical research method. The reference contains international books and periodicals, tourism enterprises and relevant institutions statistics and the internet. Through the process of rectifying an actual system, analyze the proposed research model and hypotheses. Empirical analysis part, own previous research affirmed the tourism safety awareness, national image, position of tourism, tourism action intention variables, through the visit to China of South Korean visitors to distribute a questionnaire survey and data collection, using statistical method to carry on the analysis, with take that hone method, the application of SPSS French data analysis.
