The purpose of this study is to identify the factors influencing the acceptance of e-government service for foreigners, and to suggest theoretical implications and policy recommendation. Theoretical model of this study was based on Technology Acceptance Model(TAM), which has been widely used to measure the user's acceptance of a new information technology. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, this research contains the independent variables including ‘self-efficacy’, ‘using experience’, ‘Korean proficiency’, ‘system quality’, ‘information quality’, ‘service quality’, ‘social influence’, ‘facilitating condition’ and verifies whether they influence the acceptance of e-government service. And, the effects of the mediating variables-Perceived Ease of Use(hereafter referred to as ‘PEU’) and Perceived Usefulness (hereafter referred to as ‘PU’)-between the independent variables and the acceptance were investigated. Questionnaires were distributed to and collected from foreigners in Seoul, Inchoen, Gyeonggi, Daejeon and Chungcheong Province. The frequency analysis, T-test, one-way ANOVA and hierarchical regression analysis were conducted on the collected data in order to examine hypothesis. The study results is as followings. Firstly, factors of user's individual characteristics, such as ‘self-efficacy’, ‘using experience’, had a significant influence on PEU. However, ‘Korean proficiency’ didn't have a significant effect on PEU. ‘Self-efficacy’ and ‘Korean proficiency’ had a significant influence on PU. However, using experience didn't have a significant effect on PU. Secondly, factors of quality characteristics, such as ‘System quality’, ‘Service quality’, had a significant influence on PEU. However, ‘Information quality’ didn't have in a significant effect on PEU. All variables of quality factors had a significant influence on PU. Thirdly, factors of utilizing environment, such as ‘social influence’, ‘facilitating condition’, had a significant influence on PEU. ‘Social influence’ had a significant influence on PU, but ‘facilitating condition’ didn't have a significant effect. Fourthly, both PEU and PU had a positive influence on the acceptance of e-government service. Fifthly, Verifying the results of the mediating effect of PEU and PU between factors of individual characteristics and the acceptance factor, PEU was proved to have a mediator effect between ‘self-efficacy’, ‘using experience’ and ‘the acceptance’. PU was proved to have a mediator effect between ‘self-efficacy’ and ‘the acceptance’. But, It was not able to verify the mediation effect of PU on Korean proficiency. Sixthly, Verifying the results of the mediating effect of PEU and PU between quality factors and the acceptance factor, PEU was proved to have a mediator effect between ‘system quality’, ‘service quality’ and ‘the acceptance’. PU was proved to have a mediator effect between all quality factors and ‘the acceptance’. Seventhly, Verifying the results of the mediating effect of PEU and PU between environmental factors and the acceptance factor, PEU was proved to have a mediator effect between ‘social influence’, ‘facilitating condition’ and ‘the acceptance’. PU was proved to have a mediator effect between ‘social influence’ and ‘the acceptance’. Eighthly, results of ANOVA show that it had a significant difference in PEU, PU, acceptance on each group, which was classified according to frequency of use, purpose of use, convenient means and satisfaction. These results suggest that we need to improve service quality, and to provide information education for foreigners, in oder to accept e-Government Service. So as to promote the use of e-government services, it is necessary to establish social conditions. Also, every year the government investigates the actual research on e-government service survey and if in the research it also surveys foreigners living in Korea, it will improve information on foreigners residing in Korea and the quality of e-government service and this information will be invaluable in researching the related study. ，韩语论文范文，韩语毕业论文 |
