Overall, a song cycle is known as the combination of music and a poem. 《The Life Story of Jesus》, composed by Joo, Sung Hee and the poem written by Lee, Bo Chul based on the bible, is a Christian song cycle. The main theme of the song is the life story of Jesus and it consists of three parts depending on its story. The musical characteristics of the song are as follows: First of all, the piano melody is well expressing the lyrics and its mood. Secondly, it adopts the musical accents and rhythms, as well as the melodic movement, considering the characteristics of Korean language and its music. Thirdly, the western and the eastern culture is well combined in the music by making traditional rhythms with modified Korean traditional rhythms, which create a peculiar mood. As shown in the study, Joo, Sung Hee , the composer of 《The Life Story of Jesus》, well delivers the lyrics with her unique musical language, and adopting accents, rhythms, and ornaments, etc. considering the characteristics of Korean language. The lyrics are also well expressed using various musical tones. In addition, it is more of a creative song in which the form of the art music, where the piano part is considered to be as important as the voice part rather than the function of an accompaniment, is applied to a Christian song cycle. Today, various kinds of gospels and hymns are sung or played at Korean churches, however, it is hard to find song cycles among solo sacred songs that are based on the bible. Instead, foreign pieces or CCM are more likely to be sung or played. In that sense, the song cycle 《The Life Story of Jesus》, composed by Joo, Sung Hee is considered as a valuable piece to be used in the Korean church music fields. As a result of this thesis, I realized it is necessary for the church musicians to understand the right purpose and meaning of praising God. Also, I realized that a musical expertise and an in-depth study are desperately required among them. It is important for the musical experts in the church music field to study, create, and play more Korean traditional sacred songs and learn to play them right.
연가곡은 가사의 연관성을 가지면서 각곡마다 독립된 완결성을 지닌 곡으로 전체적으로는 시와 음악의 결합이다. 주성희의 《예수전》은 성경을 바탕으로 한 이보철 詩에 의한 기독교적 연... 연가곡은 가사의 연관성을 가지면서 각곡마다 독립된 완결성을 지닌 곡으로 전체적으로는 시와 음악의 결합이다. 주성희의 《예수전》은 성경을 바탕으로 한 이보철 詩에 의한 기독교적 연가곡으로 예수의 생애를 가사의 내용에 따라 3부로 나누어 만들어진 창작곡이다. 음악적 특징은 첫째, 가사의 전달과 표현, 시의 내용에 따른 분위기를 피아노가 잘 표현 해주고 있다. 둘째, 노래에서는 우리말과 음악적 특성을 고려한 음악적 악센트와 리듬, 선율의 움직임을 적절하게 사용하고 있다. 셋째, 국악 장단을 변형한 한국적인 리듬을 만들어 독특한 분위기를 표현, 동서양의 조화를 잘 이루고 있다. 본 논문의 연구에서와 같이 작곡가 주성희는 한국적인 성가곡 《예수전》을 자신의 독특한 음악 어법으로 한국어의 특수성을 고려한 악센트와 리듬, 꾸밈음 등을 사용하여 가사를 잘 전달하였으며, 다양한 음색의 표현으로 가사의 의미도 잘 표현하고 있다. 또한 피아노를 반주의 기능이기보다 성악과 동등하게 사용되어진 예술가곡 형태를 기독교적인 연가곡에 적용시킨 창작곡으로서 의미가 크다고 할 수 있다. 오늘날 한국 교회에서 많은 성가곡과 찬송가들이 연주자들에 의해 불리어지고 있다. 그러나 우리나라 성가 독창곡에는 성경을 내용으로 한 연가곡은 거의 찾아볼 수 없고, 주로 번역된 외국곡이나 CCM 등이 많이 불리어지고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 이유에서 주성희의 연가곡 《예수전》은 우리나라 교회음악 현장에서 사용하기에 좋은 곡이라 할 수 있다. 본 논문의 연구 결과 교회음악인들이 하나님께 찬양 드리는 의미와 목적을 올바르게 이해해야 한다는 것과 교회음악인들의 전문적인 지식과 연구가 선행되어져야 함을 깨달았다. 교회음악 분야에 전문적인 작곡가들의 더 많은 한국적인 성가의 작곡과 연주자들의 올바른 연주가 이어 질 수 있도록 연구하여야 할 것이다. ，韩语毕业论文，韩语毕业论文 |
