Servant leadership that motivates supervisors to share a desired goal with subordinate personnel in organizations and recently it has gained increasing attention from scholars. This study investigated the effect of self-efficacy and organizational identification mediate the relationship between servant leadership and voice behavior of company employees. This study conducted the structured survey from April 18 to May 10 , 2016 over employees working at small-medium company in China was analyzed using structural equation modeling(SEM). The effect of the relationships between servant leadership, effect of self-efficacy, organizational identification, and voice behavior have been investigated in this study. 222 valid questionnaires were used for analysis. Based on analysis of responses obtained from 222 employees of company employees, it was found that positive relationship between servant leadership and voice behavior. We also found organizational identification mediated the relationship between servant leadership and voice behavior.
