Learners of Korean often are affected by native language, culture and habits in learning process, and they can not accurately express their personal ideas and thinking, which may cause ambiguities in meaning and confusions in daily study. Korean consecutive adverbs can not only link words and sentences, but they can be linked with paragraphs, having a broad range of usage. This research takes consecutive adverb ‘그러-’ as the study object, carries out classification introduction and comparative analysis of conjunctions in Chinese and consecutive adverbs in Korean, selects nine ‘그러-’ type consecutive adverbs that are frequently used and have wide range of usage in daily dialog and written materials, and chooses several ‘그러-’ type consecutive adverbs to implement concrete analysis introduction. This thesis also introduces the usage conditions of ‘그러-’ type consecutive adverbs in Korean published by Department of Language of Seoul National University and Standard Korean published by Beijing University, and analyzes the two teaching materials. With reference to the two teaching materials targeted at foreign Korean learners, this thesis formulates a teaching scheme for ‘그러-’ type consecutive adverb that is most frequently used among ‘그리고’‘그런데’‘그래서’, with the approach of classification analysis and examples formality. The thesis is aimed at helping Chinese Korean learners to master accurately basic definition and concrete classification of ‘그러-’ type adverbs and conjunctions in Chinese. The purpose of the thesis is to help Chinese Korean learners master accurately the use of ‘그러-’ type consecutive adverb in daily dialog and written application, which can enable learners to learn Korean well.
