The PGISⅡ was developed by Robitschek, C., Ashton, M. W., Spering, C. C., Geiger, N., Byers, D., Schotts, G. C., & Thoen, M. A.(2012) to measure the personal growth initiative. To validate PGISⅡ in Korean, item translation, item analysis, and exploratory factor analysis (EFA) were conducted with 209 university students in preliminary study. one item(12) was discarded because there was a problem in item analysis and factor loading. 4 factors were extracted from the items, which was a same finding from the original scale. With a sample of 206 university students, the results of the confirmatory factor analysis confirmed that the 4-factors model was fit to the data. All of 4 factors showed adequate internal consistency. Concurrent validity and predictive validity were good with other related scales. In conclusion, the K-PGISⅡ is a valid measure of university students in Korean population. The implications, practical use, and suggestions for future study were discussed. ,韩语论文题目,韩语论文题目 |
