Objectives: Cross-cutting measure, which dimensional assessment tool has developed by and presented in DSM-5 as part of a massive effort to understand and descript the disease beyond the traditional approach to dimensional approach. We developed the korean adaptation of the DSM-5 Self-Rated Level 1 Cross-Cutting Symptom Measure?Adult version(DCA1) by systemic translation under careful consideration of current adaptation literature and guidelines and examined its reliability.
Methods: The adaptation process included the forward translation of the 23 items into Korean, reconciled by committee and backward translation into English. We then calculated test-retested reliabilities.
Results: Test-retest reliabilities of the cross-cutting symptom items generally were good to excellent except two items.
Conclusion: This is the first study to DSM-5 cross-cutting measure systematically adapted into Korean. Adapted version was found that generally reliable.

목적: 기존의 접근법을 넘어 차원적 접근법으로 질환을 이해하고 기술하기 위한 커다란 노력의 일환으로 차원적 평가도구인 교차증상 측정도구가 개발되어 DSM-5에 제시되었다. 우리는 DSM-5 자가보고형 제 1 단계 교차증상 평가 도구 - 성인용을 최근의 번안 관련 문헌과 가이드라인을 신중히 검토하여 체계적으로 번역하였고 이것의 신뢰도를 검증하였다.
방법: 먼저 23개의 문항을 한국어로 순번역 하였고, 번역위원회의 조정을 거친 후 이것을 다시 영어로 역번역 하였다. 최종버전에 대하여 검사-재검사 신뢰도를 구하였다.
결과: DSM-5 자가보고형 제 1 단계 교차증상 평가 도구 - 성인용의 검사-재검사 신뢰도는 두 항목을 제외하면 전반적으로 좋음에서 아주 좋음이었다.
결론: 이 연구는 DSM-5의 교차증상 측정도구를 한국어로 체계적으로 번안한 최초의 시도이다. 번안된 버전은 전반적으로 원본과 유사한 신뢰도를 나타내어 신뢰롭게 사용할 수 있는 것으로 나타났다.
