경찰용어 연구에 대한 필요성은 한중일 3국 모두 동일하였으나 연구시기, 정부와 학계의 관심은 차이를 보이고 있다. 한국은 경찰용어에 대한 정리가 상대적으로 미흡한 상태이며, 법률용어... 경찰용어 연구에 대한 필요성은 한중일 3국 모두 동일하였으나 연구시기, 정부와 학계의 관심은 차이를 보이고 있다. 한국은 경찰용어에 대한 정리가 상대적으로 미흡한 상태이며, 법률용어에 국한되어 있는 한계점을 가지고 있으며, 과학수사, 사이버범죄 분야에서 신종경찰용어가 생겨나고 있고 국제공조수사가 필요한 시점에서 중국어, 일본어 등 외국어 번역작업이 이루어지지 않고 있는 실정이다. 이런 번역작업을 시도하기 위해서 기존전문용어를 분석하여 번역규칙을 설정한다. 이 번역규칙을 활용하여 신규전문용어를 번역하고 분석을 실시한다. 기존전문용어 분석결과와 신규전문용어 분석결과를 비교하여 번역규칙의 타당성을 밝힌다. 나아가 이 규칙을 번역에 적용할 수 있는 근거를 마련하여, 법률용어에 국한되어 있는 경찰용어를 다양하고 광범위한 경찰용어를 포함할 수 있도록 한다. 그리고 주중 한국인이 가장 필요로 하는 법 가운데 하나인 《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》을 한국 《도로교통법》에서 자주 언급되는 용어로 번역하여 주중 한국인에게 미약하나마 도움이 되고자 한다.

The need for the Police term research in China, Japan and Korea are all the same, but the interest in the government and the academia has shown difference. Korea is elatively insufficient in completing the police state terms, has limitations to legal terms, forensics and cyber-crime in the area, and new terms are springing up. International cooperation in the investigation is necessary for the Chinese, Japanese, and Koreans, yet the foreign language translation work was not performed. The existing terminology should be analyzed to attempt this translation operation in setting the translation rule. |
