한류 열풍으로 인한 한국어 학습자의 증가와 국제 결혼으로 인한 결혼이주여성의 증가로 한국은 문화 사회 시대에 들어왔다. 이런 배경 속에서 일상생활과 밀접한 관계를 갖고 있는 요리 동사의 중요성이 돋보인다.
본 연구에서는 요리 동사 중의 가열 요리 동사를 연구 대상으로 하고 한ㆍ중 가열 요리 동사의 차이점과 공통점을 찾아낸 다음에 한ㆍ중 가열 요리 동사의 정확한 대응 관계를 찾고자 한다. 가열 요리 동사를 분석하는데 크게 의미 성분 분석과 논항 어휘 분석으로 나눈다. 의미 성분 분석 부분에서는 符淮青(2006) 의 동사 의미 분석 모형을 인용해서 위의 추출된 요리 동사의 성분 분석을 통해 한ㆍ중 가열 요리 동사의 사전적인 의미에서 존재하는 문제를 밝히다. 논항 어휘 분석 부분에서는 가열 요리 동사가 결합 할 수 있는 명사 어휘를 수집하고 정리하는 작업을 통해 한ㆍ중 가열 요리 동사의 대응 관계를 찾는다. 마지막에 번역에 대해 제안한다. 이 논문의 구체적인 연구 내용을 각 장에 따라서 살펴보면 다음과 같다.
우선 1장에서는 본 연구의 필요성 및 목적을 제시하고 요리 동사에 관한 선행 연구를 검토하고 문제점을 제기한다. 이어서 연구 대상을 선정한 다음에 연구의 절차 및 방법을 제시한다.
2장에서는 符淮青(2006)의 동사 사전 뜻풀이 분석 모형을 인용해서 한ㆍ중 가열 요리 동사의 사전 의미의 문제점을 찾아낸다. 이런 문제점을 보완하기 위해 한ㆍ중 가열 요리 동사의 특징에 맞게 符淮青(2006)의 동사 사전 뜻풀이 분석 모형을 수정한다. 수정된 사전 뜻풀이 분석 모형을 이용해서 한ㆍ중 가열 요리 동사의 의미 성분에 대한 분석을 진행한다. 마지막에 분석 결과를 바탕으로 한ㆍ 중 가열 요리 동사의 1차 대응 관계 표를 만든다.
3장에서 논항이라는 개념을 도입하고 한ㆍ중 가열 요리 동사와 결합하기 적합한 명사 어휘를 수집해서 정리한다. 한국어 가열 요리 동사의 경우에는 21세기 세종계획의 용례 검색 결과를 통해 논항 자료를 수집하고, KAIST Concordance Program과 본 연구의 연구 대상이 된 요리책을 활용하여 논항 자료를 추가할 것이다. 중국어 가열 요리 동사의 경우에는 선정된 요리 책을 활용해서 논항 자료를 추출한다. 수집된 논항 어휘들에 대한 개념 분류 작업을 진행할 것이다. 한ㆍ중 가열 요리 동사의 전체적인 비교 분석을 위해 요리 동사의 논항 어휘 정리와 분석 결과를 표로 제시하도록 한다.
4장에서 의미 분석과 논항 어휘 분석 결과를 바탕으로 한ㆍ중 가열 요리 동사의 보다 세분적이고 정확한 대응 관계를 찾는다. 그 다음에 한ㆍ중 가열 요리 동사의 번역에 대해 제안한다. 번역의 체계성을 위해 우선 크게 대응관계가 있는 요리 동사와 대응관계가 없는 요리 동사를 분류한다. 대응 관계가 있는 요리 동사는 다시 완전 일치, 1차 부분 일치, 2차 부분 일치한 요리 동사 3 가지로 나눠서 집행할 것이다.
5장에서 본 연구의 내용에 대해 정리하고 연구 진행의 의미를 제시하고 문제점을 제기한 것으로 마무리를 짓는다.

In this , this thesis selected 34 Cuisine verbs as object of this research from 8 cookbooks. And first of all, puts the Cuisine verbs in a Semantic Field, makes a list, and then do componential analysis according to the meaning of Cuisine verbs. By the process of Componential Analysis for Cuisine verbs, not only for people who are learning Korean could study more vocabularies which used frequently in daily life, but also could give a great deal of help for those who care about Korean culture.
This thesis is organized as follows:
In Chapter 1, the necessity and purpose for the research were mentioned. This thesis expounded the concept of Cuisine verbs, and then presented a table of Cuisine verbs. In chapter 2, analyzing semantic components of the Korean and Chinese heating cuisine verbs by dictionary definitions. Through the result of the semantic components analysis to found the first relation between Korean and Chinese Cuisine verbs. In chapter 3, Analyzing argument vocabulary of Korean and Chinese Cuisine verbs to find out the second relation between Korean and Chinese Cuisine verbs. And in chapter 4, there is a suggestion for the translation of the Korean and Chinese cuisine verbs.
This is of certain importance of the diets and culinary arts cultural exchanging, and can shed some light on the bilingual translation and editing of dictionary of the specific field.
