ABSTRACT
China and South Korea have always been the two countries of a close relationship, historically which have been mutually influenced. In this dissertation, the existing cultural heritage in Xi’an city of China and Gyeongju city of South Korea is investigated and analysed, and its utilization also is studied in the two cities. First of all, the two cities own the extensive cultural heritage of thousands years. Furthermore, nowadays the two cities create an economic wonder by the protection and exploitation of the extensive cultural heritage. Therefore, the investigation of cultural heritage has much significance in the development of cultural industries.
In the present thesis, the existing cultural heritage in Xi’an city and Gyeongju city is reviewed and known through the summarization to the representative cases, moreover, the present status of the protection of the cultural heritage and the cultural industries is described.
Based on different characters between Xi’an city and Gyeongju city, the characteristic points are investigated by comparison, and the developing direction of the cultural industries in the future is analysed. Even though there are lots of common characters and differences in the extensive cultural heritage of the two cities, in the development of the cultural industries and the two cities there is considerable differences.
In Xi’an city, the feature restoration of the cultural heritage is doing in full swing. Especially for large cultural sites the original appearance is trying to restore. Then, the tourism is stimulated and the development of new industries is promoted by the historical characteristics of the cultural sites, such as film and television industries. However, in Gyeongju city, the sightseeing is main. By designing the tourist routes is to attract large numbers of tourists, and producing beautiful postcards and other cultural goods is to sale, and so on. In a word, these are the successful cases in the development of cultural industries.
In the end of this thesis, the required prerequisites are summarized in the development of cultural industries. Firstly, some conflicts are inevitable between the protection of cultural heritage and the development of cultural industries, therefore searching solutions of the conflicts is very important. Secondly, the ongoing development of cultural industries must be around the sound industrial system. Thirdly, the sustainable development is necessary to be insisted in cultural industries. Finally, the theoretical research of cultural industries must be developed and promoted.
To sum up, in this thesis the development of cultural industries is investigated based on the comparison between Xi’an city and Gyeongju city. The two cities are good proofs in successfully developing instances of cultural industries using the advantages of cultural heritage. Therefore, each city may create economic interests by the advantages of owned resources.

中國和韓國曆來都是關系密切的兩個國家,在曆史上一直相互影響著.本論文對中國的西安和韓國的慶州兩個城市所現存的文化遺迹經行了調查和整理,以及對現今兩個城市怎樣對文化遺迹經行活用的現象經行了探讨.作爲擁有大量文化遺迹,遺址的西安和慶州,不僅通過文化遺迹,遺址來印證了自己千年曆史的位置,同時在現今更是通過對文化遺迹的保護和開發創造了經濟的奇迹.因此在文化産業發展的角度上來說,對于文化遺迹的探讨就顯得尤爲重要.
在本論文中,通過對西安和慶州的代表文化遺迹的概括和總結,對現存的文化遺迹經行了再一次的回顧和認識,同時也對文化遺迹的保護以及文化遺迹的産業化發展的現狀有了進一步的了解.通過西安和慶州城市自身的不同特點展開了兩都市文化産業發展特色的比較探讨,並且對兩個曆史古都今後發展方向經行了解析.兩個都市雖然都具有深厚的曆史文化背景,但是文化遺迹所內含特色有著很多共同點和不同點,以此爲基礎,文化遺迹産業化的發展過程中,兩個城市的發展也存在著相當的差異.
西安市在文化遺産和遺迹的複原工作上做得如火如荼,尤其對于大型文化遺址則盡量還原其原貌,以此帶動旅遊業或是運用文化遺迹所展現的曆史特色來促進新型産業的發展，韩语论文，如電影和電視業發展.而慶州則以文化遺迹的觀光爲主,制定旅遊路線,以此來吸引大量的遊客前來旅遊.同時利用文化遺迹的形象外觀來制作精美的如明信片等文化商品經行銷售等,這些都是通過文化遺迹經行文化産業化發展的成功事例.
在本文的最後也提到了,對于西安和慶州兩個城市在文化遺迹産業化發展的過程中一定要遵循的先行條件: 第一,對文化遺迹的保護和對文化遺迹經行開發活用的過程中難免有著一定得矛盾沖突,因此對于找到解決這個矛盾的方案事關重要.第二,圍繞健全的産業體制行進綜合性有深度的文化遺迹資源的開發活動.第三，韩语论文，堅守文化遺迹産業化得可持續性發展.第四,發展和促進文化遺迹産業化的理論探讨.
本論文以西安和慶州爲中心,對文化遺迹産業化活用的發展經行了比較探讨.以此爲例,可以說明現今社會每個城市都可以運用自身的資源優勢來創造經濟利益.西安和慶州以活用文化遺迹這個資源優勢大力發展了新型文化産業的實例就是很好的證明.
