Foreign direct investment can be a significant driver of development in the developing countries. Since Mongolia adopted the reform and opening-up policy in the 1990s, the economic growth and inward foreign direct investment (FDI) have been increasing steadily. Given the rapid growth of FDI in Mongolia, this subject is central concern in Mongolian government policy makers and foreign invested companies.
The purpose of this focuses on the effect of inward foreign direct investment(FDI) incentives of Mongolian government on the investment satisfaction of inward FDI companies including Chinese companies and Korean companies.
To analyze the effectiveness of the investment incentives on the investment satisfaction, the author makes out a complete and reasonable questionnaire, which regards inward FDI companies in Mongolia as the research object. After that, choose the true and effective information of the questionnaire as the data, use technology statistics and analyze the research hypotheses with regression analysis and t-test analysis. (SPSS 20.0)
Through analysing all samples, we find out, in common, government service incentives affect their investment satisfaction statistically significant. In case of Chinese companies, both government service incentive and corporate income tax incentives affect the investment satisfaction statistically significant.
In case of industry category, corporate income tax incentives affect the satisfaction of mining industry companies, on the other hand, non-mining companies has been affected by the stable investment environment of Mongolian government.
In case of small companies (employers up to 50), both government service incentives and tariff incentives affect the investment satisfaction statistically significant.
