본 논문은 한국어 서법과 중국어 서법, 또 양서법의 비교를 통해 한국어와 중국어를 배우는 학습자들에게 쉽게 학습하도록 하기 위한 것이다.
오늘날 지구상에는 수천 가지의 언어가 사용되고 있다. 이를 언어 간에는 서로 닮은 점이 있는가 하면 다른 점도 가지고 있다. 중국어는 고립어이기에 중국어의 서법은 억양과 같은 화용론적 요소와 구문전환과 같은 문법적 형식, 그리고 어기조사, 조동사, 서법부사, 의문사 등 어휘적요소로 실현된다. 한국어는 첨가어이기 때문에 문법적형태가 풍부하고 중국어와 한국어는 그 서법이 많이 다르다. 한국과 중국은 지리적으로 같은 아시아에 위치해 있으며 문화적으로 비슷하기 때문에 양국의 관계가 더욱 긴밀해지면서 서로의 언어와 문화에 대한 관심이 높아져 가고 있다. 더욱이 한국어와 중국어 언어자체가 가지는 부분, 또는 문법상 구조의 차이로 인해 학습자들이 학습하는데 어려움을 느낀다. 이에 본고에서는 한국어와 중국어가 서로 다른 언어 계통에 속하므로 본고에는 한국어의 서법 기존연구를 비교․분석함과 동시에 중국어 서법 체계를 분석하였으며, 현대 한국어의 서법이 지니는 형식․의미적 특성을 종합적으로 고찰하고 이를 바탕으로 서법이 지고 있는 전반전인 속성을 중국어와 대조하고 그 공통점과 차이점을 규명하려고 한다.
첫째, 한국어와 중국어의 서법 체계에 대한 대표적 연구들을 분석하고 서법의 개념과 분류 기준을 통해 서법의 유형을 정리하기로 한다. 한국어 서법의 유형은 문말 서법과 비문말 서법으로 나눈다. 중국어 서법의 유형은 기능어기와 의지어기로 나눈다.
둘째, 한국어와 중국어 서법 형식에 대한 대표적인 연구를 분석하고 한국어과 중국어 서법의 실현형태들을 각각 제시하고 상세한 분석을 하였다.
셋째, 앞에서 정리한 서법의 형태를 기초로 각 의미적 특성을 상세한 분석하였다. 그리고 한국어 서법과 중국어 서법 체계에 나타낸 대표적인 실현요소 비교했으며, 그 공통점과 차이점에 대해 상술하였다.
마지막으로, 한국어 서법과 중국어 서법에 대한 대조 내용을 종합하고 요약하여 학습자에 대한 유익한 도움이 되기 바란다.

Through constrastion of the Korean mood and Chinese mood,this thesis is used for Koreans and Chinese learners to have a better understanding about them.
Now, there are thousands of learners of languages in the world, and they not only have common points but also are different. Since Chinese is belong to isolating language, the Chinese mood are achieved by inflective and active element, sentence-conversioning and grammatical element,and lexical element, such as modal particle, auxiliary verb, adverb and interrogative.Korena is belong to add language(첨가어), and comparing to Chinese, the Korean grammatical morphologyare various.There are also great difference between Chinese mood and Korean mood.
Since the similarity in culture and increasingly closing relationship, both the Korean and Chinese people are paying more and more attention on language. However, the difference of languages themselves and grammatical construction make the learners feel difficult.So this thesis firstly reseaches the basical korean mood,and then analyzes the system of Chinese mood.This thesis particularily pays attention on mood and sense of korean,and then,constrast the Chinese and Korean mood.
Firstly, this thesis analyzes the system of Chinese and Korean mood, and sums up the representative mood form based on concept and classification.The mood form of Korean can be divided into sentence-ending(문말)mood and non sentence-ending(비문말) mood. Chinese mood are divided into functional tone(기능어기) and will tone(의지어기).
Secondly, by consrasting and analyzing the mood of Korean and Chinese, the thesis lists and analyses every mood form.
Thirdly, based on the collatived mood forms, the thesis abalyzes the characteristic of form sense, and then by constrasting the form and sense,the thesis states the common points and difference between Korean and Chinese mood.
In the end,this thesis sums up the constrastion of Korean and Chinese mood,and hopes it's useful for learners.
