중국 복건성(福建省)은 독특한 자연, 역사, 민족, 문화 등 자원을 보유하고 있고, 중국의 객가인(客家人)이 살고 있는 지역 중 한 곳으로, 복건성에는 객가의 전통 건축인 토루가 많이 남아 있... 중국 복건성(福建省)은 독특한 자연, 역사, 민족, 문화 등 자원을 보유하고 있고, 중국의 객가인(客家人)이 살고 있는 지역 중 한 곳으로, 복건성에는 객가의 전통 건축인 토루가 많이 남아 있다. 이러한 특색 있는 전통 민가 건축은 객가인의 생활 양식, 풍속 및 습관, 역사와 문화 등을 보여주고 있다. 즉 이곳은 객가인 문화를 계승하는 중요한 지점이다. 본 논문의 주요 연구 대상인 토루 또한 복건성 객가의 민가와 함께 발전한 것이다. 복건성은 산림이 풍부하다. 객가인들은 도적과 전란을 피해 복건성의 외진 산림 속에서 자신들의 거처를 찾았고 몇 세대가 이 곳에서 살아오며 방어적 성격이 매우 강한 토루를 건축하여 자신의 생활과 발전의 공간으로 삼았다. 토루는 요새와도 같아 견고하며 방어하기 쉽고 시야 확보가 용이하다는 특징을 갖고 있다. 이러한 특징은 안전디자인 이론과 많은 유사성을 갖고 있다. 그래서 본 논문은 복건성 객가 토루의 공간 특성과 안전디자인 요소들과 결합하여 연구를 진행했다. 그리고 토루의 공간적 특성 중 안전디자인 요소와 겹치는 부분들을 찾아 안전디자인 이론을 이용하여 객가 토루 공간이 갖고 있는 방어적 특성에 대해 분석했다. 본 논문은 주로 세 가지 측면에서 이론 연구를 진행하였다. 첫 째, 복건성 객가 토루에 대한 연구. 둘 째, 안전디자인의 관련 이론적 연구. 마지막으로 이 두 측면에서의 이론적 연구를 바탕으로 안전디자인 이론을 근거로 토루의 공간 방어특성을 분석하였고 유의미한 결론을 얻었다.

These distinctive traditional residential buildings，showing the Hakka people ’s ways of life，customs，history and cultures，and become an important symbol which carrying Hakka culture. The main researc h object of this Hakka earth buildings，are developed by relying on Fujian Province Hakka residentia l.Thereare clouds in the mou ntains in Fujian Province，in order to resist the thieves and away fro m the war，Fujian Province to find their own shelter remote forests. They have lived here for generations，and have bui1d up a highly defe nsive earth building as a place for their own life and developmen t.Ear then building likes the castle，have the characteristics of solid，easy to defense and open horizons. These features and safety design theor ies are pretty simi1ar. Therefore，this studies the spatial characteristics and safety design elements of Hakka earth buildings in Fujia n Province，finds out the corresponding parts of the earth building space safety characteristics，and analyzes the defensive characteristics of Hakka earth building space with safety design theory.This mainly involves three aspects of theoretical research，the first is for the Fujian Hakka earth building research. The second is related to the theoretical design of safety. Finally，based on the theoretical study of these two aspects，analyzing the spatial characteristics of earth buildings according to the safety design theory，and draw the corresponding conclusions. |
