본 연구에서는 국내외 PSM 사업장에 적용할 목적으로 공정안전문화에 관련된 연구문헌을 조사하고 파악하여 국내와 국외의 공정안전문화 동향을 파악하고, 국외의 공정안전문화 측정에 관... 본 연구에서는 국내외 PSM 사업장에 적용할 목적으로 공정안전문화에 관련된 연구문헌을 조사하고 파악하여 국내와 국외의 공정안전문화 동향을 파악하고, 국외의 공정안전문화 측정에 관련되어 개발 및 활용되고 있는 측정도구들을 비교·분석하여 본 연구에서 사용할 측정방법의 기능과 항목 그리고 정량적 평가방법을 최적화 한다. 또한, 본 연구에서 사용할 측정방법의 적합성을 파악하기 위해 공정안전문화 확산에 관심이 많은 1개 사업장을 대상으로 시범 적용하여 측정결과에 분석한다. 분석 후 문제요인의 개선사항을 수립하고 개설활동을 진행한다. 개선활동 진행 후 다시 공정안전문화를 측정하여 측정방법의 신뢰성과 개선활동으로 향상된 공정안전의식를 확인하고 적용하고자 한다.

This study investigates the process safety culture trends both at home and abroad by investigating and analyzing the literature related to process safety culture for the purpose of applying to PSM business sites at home and abroad. We compare and analyze measurement tools developed and used in relation to process safety culture measurement in foreign countries, and optimize function, item and quantitative evaluation method of measurement method to be used. Also, in order to find out the suitability of the measurement method to be used in this study, one workplace that is interested in spreading the process safety culture is applied to the test results and analyzed in the measurement results. After analysis, establish improvement items of problem factors and carry out establishment activities.
