문화의 태동은 한 시대에 집단적으로 교감되는 의식 활동에서 시작된다. 따라서 문화유산은 한 시대의 정신적 활동을 상징하는 매우 중요한 유산이라고 할 수 있다. 문화유산의 소중한 가치... 문화의 태동은 한 시대에 집단적으로 교감되는 의식 활동에서 시작된다. 따라서 문화유산은 한 시대의 정신적 활동을 상징하는 매우 중요한 유산이라고 할 수 있다. 문화유산의 소중한 가치를 깨닫고 체계적인 자료의 수집과 정리, 보존과 활용에 관심을 갖게 된 동기는 가까이에 있는 많은 문화유산이 소외되고 사라져가는 안타까움에서였다. 문화유산에 대한 무지와 무관심으로 인해 우리 주변에 있는 소중한 문화유산의 훼손을 초래하고 있다. 문화유산의 훼손과 퇴락의 원인은 문화유산에 대한 관리자의 무지에서 시작된다. 자료의 가치를 고려하지 않고 함부로 손괴하거나 방치한다. 낡고 오래된 것은 무조건 경시하려는 잘못된 습관이 문화유산을 훼손시키는 가장 큰 요인이다. 문화재는 과거에는 수리 보수의 대상이나 규제의 수단 정도로 인식되었지만 소득 수준과 삶의 질이 향상되면서 보존뿐만 아니라 적극적인 활용의 대상으로 새롭게 그 가치가 인식되고 있다. 이제 문화재는 역사적, 학술적 가치로서 뿐 아니라 관광문화콘텐츠(체험, 교육, 힐링)의 핵심 분야로서 다른 문화테마와 어우러져서 상호 융·복합적인 활용성이 기대되고 있다. 과거의 소극적인 문화재 정책이 수리, 보수, 복원 등 유지관리 중심이었다면 향후에는 그 본질을 계승 발전시키는 방향으로 다양한 분야와 융·복합적으로 결합하여 새로운 가치를 창출하고 활용하는 적극적 정책과 행정의 지원 육성이 기대된다. 그러한 관점에서 연구자는 홍성 임득의 유적지와 그와 관련된 문화유산의 현재의 수준과 그 문제점을 정리하여 개선 방향을 제시하고 그 본질적 가치를 정리하여 계승 발전 시켜야할 가치를 재창출 하고자 한다. 또한 지역 발전에 기여할 수 있는 경쟁력 있는 활용방안을 모색하고, 각 분야의 전문가 그룹에서 더 깊은 연구의 기초 자료로 활용되기를 기대해 본다.

As cultural assets have emerged as a symbol of cultural tourism resources and local cultural identity, their values are being recognized as the objects of preservation and aggressive utilization, and they are expected to be utilized as a core field of historical and academic value and tourism culture. The purpose of this study is to make use of the historic relic sites related to the Lim Deuk-Euy that saved the country from the crisis and to develop historical and touristic courses that can contribute to revitalization of local economy through similarity case analysis and experimental program suggestions and so on. As a result of the study, the historic sites of Lim Deuk-Euy have the value of many tangible and intangible cultural asset as the relics of the people who passed the loyalty to the country, confucian culture, and Sunbi(korean scholar) ideology down to next generations, but had hardly been utilized so far. Therefore, the following measures should be pursued in order that the historic sites of Lim Deuk-Euy could be established as the place for history education. First, the experiential program aimed at various classes should be operated so as to be the field of historical education that can be easily found by students and ordinary people. Second, trough the establishment of a collaborative system with relevant organizations such as a local government, the education office, the Cultural Heritage Administration, and local universities, it should be promoted to make effective use of the historic site. Third, it is pointed out that the infrastructure needed to maximize the utilization of the historic sites of the Lim Deuk-Euy should be expanded. In this study, we have also found the solution to establish the historical site of Lim Deuk-Euy as the center of historical education. First, it is necessary to establish a solid recognition of history-cultural property and identity regarding Lim Deuk-Eyu and his related relics. Second, the sufficient research and data collection on the historical and his spirituality value should be followed. Third, it is necessary to pursue specialized strategies such as diversification of experience programs and its continuous improvement. Only with constant effort to meet this rapidly changing era and the needs of consumers could the historical sites of Lim Deuk-Euy be succeeded to the sites of people with vitality. ，韩语毕业论文，韩语论文 |
