최근 언급되기 시작한 글램(GLAM)은 미술관(Gallery), 도서관(Library), 기록관(Archive), 박물관(Museum)을 조합한 단어이며, 디지털 문화유산자원에 대한 융합의 관점에서 미술과 관련된 자료들의 중... 최근 언급되기 시작한 글램(GLAM)은 미술관(Gallery), 도서관(Library), 기록관(Archive), 박물관(Museum)을 조합한 단어이며, 디지털 문화유산자원에 대한 융합의 관점에서 미술과 관련된 자료들의 중요성이 높아지는 현상으로 인해 등장하였다. 지금까지는 주요 문화유산기관으로 도서관, 기록관, 박물관을 다루었지만, 많은 자료와 기틀을 갖추고 있는 아트 아카이브는 미술관의 이름으로 글램의 중요한 한 축으로 자리잡았다. 라키비움(Larchiveum)이 도서관, 기록관, 박물관의 복합시설 및 공간을 말한다면, 글램(GLAM)은 갤러리, 도서관, 기록관, 박물관이 자신들의 디지털 자원을 공유하고 개방하는 부분에 더 초점을 맞추고 있다는 점에서 차이가 있다. 한편 학술분야에서 활발하게 진행되던 오픈 액세스에 관한 연구들은 디지털화된 문화유산 컨텐츠에 대한 부분까지 서서히 퍼지기 시작하였으며, 결국 글램(GLAM)과 오픈액세스(Open Access)의 개념을 더한 오픈글램(OpenGLAM)의 개념이 등장하였다. 오픈글램은 문화유산기관들의 디지털 유산에 대해 모든 사람들이 자유롭게 사용하고 접근할 수 있는 글로벌 문화 공유에 대한 개념이다. 현재 유로피아나(Europeana)의 경우도 단순한 자료의 구축을 넘어 데이터와 콘텐츠에 대한 재사용을 원하는 이용자층을 개척하기 위하여 노력하고 있다. 또한 오픈글램을 진행한 레이크스 미술관, 미국국립예술관, 뉴욕공공도서관, 스미소니언, 영국국립도서관 등 약 50여개가 넘는 해외 기관들은 컬렉션의 사용에 대한 이용자들의 증가된 관심과 향상된 기관 이미지를 말하고 있다. 국내의 경우 OAK(Open Access Korea)는 국내 기관리포지터리 지식정보의 게이트웨이 역할을 수행하고 지식정보의 확산 및 기관간 정보공유와 협업 연구환경을 조성하고자 구축되었다. 제공하는 서비스로는 국내 기관리포지터리의 메타데이터 수집 및 조직화와 수집된 정보의 기관별, 정보유형별 특화 검색 서비스, 관련 최신 동향 및 뉴스 서비스를 제공한다. 오픈글램의 사례를 찾아보자면 유로피아나를 벤치마킹하여 문화체육관광부 산하 한국문화정보원에서 제작한 ‘스마트글램코리아’를 말할 수 있으며, 현재 디지털 문화 자원의 통합 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 본 연구를 진행하기 위해 유로피아나 전략계획과 오픈글램의 사례 및 국내 OAK 현황분석을 통해 시사점을 도출하였다. 이를 통해 현재 서비스 되고 있는 스마트글램코리아에 대한 개선점을 제시하여 현실적으로 진행될 수 있는 활성화 방안에 대해 제시하였으며, 향후 더 발전된 문화자원서비스를 위한 계기를 마련하고자 한다.

GLAM that was beginning to emerge in recent days is a composite word of Gallery, Library, Archive, and Museum, and under the point of view of convergence on the digital cultural heritage resources, the word appeared due to the phenomenon to enhance the importance in art related data. Up to the present time, library, archive and museum were treated as major cultural heritage institutions, but the art archive that is equipped with significant data and framework has taken an important part of GLAM under the name of art gallery. If Larchiveum is referred to the composite facilities and spaces of library, archive and museum, GLAM has gallery, library, archive, and museum with the focus on the part to share and open for the respective digital resources. In the meantime, the studies on open access as actively processed in the academic fields have dispersed gradually up to the part on digitalized cultural heritage contents, and ultimately, the concept of OpenGLAM that added the concept of GLAM and Open Access emerged. OpenGLAM is the concept on sharing the global culture that is freely used and accessible for all people on the digital heritage of cultural heritage institutions. For the case of the present Europeana, it is endeavors to pioneer the user class desired for re-use on the data and contents beyond structuring of simple data. In addition, there are over 50 overseas institutions of OpenGLAM-processed Riiks Museum, National Museum of Art, New York Public Library, Smithsonian, and British Library, that speaks of increased interests and enhanced institutional image of users on the use of collection. For domestic cases, OAK(Open Access Korea) was structured to carry out the role of gateway of the domestic institutional repository knowledge information, expand the knowledge information and build up the collaborated research environment for sharing information between agencies. As for the provided services, it collects and organizes the meta-data of the domestic institutional repository and provides the recent trend and news service related to the specialized search service for each agency and for each information type of information collected. In order to see any case of OpenGLAM, it may have ‘Smart GLAMKorea’ as produced by Korea Culture Information Service Agency under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism by benchmarking Europeana and it provides the integrated service of the current digital culture resource. In order to undertake this study, it has formulated implications through the status analysis of Europeana or strategic plan, cases of OpenGLAM and domestic OAK. Through this effort, it is to present the improvement on the currently-serviced SmartGLAMKorea as well as the plan to facilitate for realistic processing in a way of preparing the turning point for even-more advanced culture resource service. ，韩语论文，韩语论文网站 |
