산업의 급속한 발전으로 인구와 기능이 도시로 집중화되며 도시는 대규모로 커지고 이러한 급격한 도시의 발달로 제한된 국토로 가용토지의 부족 및 지가폭등 등의 많은 문제가 발생하게 ... 산업의 급속한 발전으로 인구와 기능이 도시로 집중화되며 도시는 대규모로 커지고 이러한 급격한 도시의 발달로 제한된 국토로 가용토지의 부족 및 지가폭등 등의 많은 문제가 발생하게 되었다. 이러한 문제 해결 방안으로 새로운 공간 자원으로 주목받는 지하공간을 활용 토지의 한계성을 극복할 수 있는 대 안으로 평가되고 있다. 본 연구는 도심 내 인구문제와 지형적인 제한 그에 의해 발생되는 여러 문제점에 대한 대책으로서 지하공간의 다양한 활용을 활성화하기 위한 디자인 유형 제안에 관한 연구로 지하공간 계획 시 고려할 디자인 요소를 제안하고 합리적인 기능을 갖춘 실내 디자인에 초점을 맞추도록 한다. 지하공간의 활용 형태 및 방법에 대한 고찰을 통해 지하공간의 개념 및 시대적 활용 동향을 파악하고자 하였으며 합리적인 지하공간 계획 방향을 제안하였고, 도심 내 지하공간을 활용한 국내외 지하시설 사례를 분석하였다. 연구의 진행은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지하공간은 경제적, 기술적으로 발달함에 따라 사람들을 위한 생활기반시설인 여러 가지 목적으로 발전해왔다. 지하공간의 다양한 활용 가능성을 알아보기 위해 지하공간에 대한 배경지식을 연구하는 개념으로 지하공간의 역사적 변천과정과 물리적, 심리적 특성을 이해하였다. 지하공간의 특성을 바탕으로 용도에 따른 분류를 정리해보았으며, 앞으로 현 시대에서 지하공간의 개발의 필요성과 효용성에 대해 고찰하였다. 둘째, 지하시설의 한계점을 분석하여 지하공간 계획 시 고려해야할 필요요소를 도출하고 디자인 요소들을 정리하였다. 도출된 디자인 요소를 바탕으로 국내외 2000년 이후 설립된 지하공간을 활용한 사례들을 분석하였다. 셋째, 위의 내용들을 바탕으로 계획대상지에 적용시킨다. 먼저 계획의 배경 및 목적 그리고 개발의 타당성에 대해서 언급한다. 그리고 계획 대지의 현황분석과 주변 대지의 지리적, 문화적 특성을 분석한다. 이에 따른 결과를 통해 지하공간의 이점을 고려하여 합리적인 지하공간 문화시설로서의 디자인 유형을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 구체적인 대안의 제시에 국한된 한계점을 지니고 있어 향후 지하시설에 대한 문제점에 대한 분석이 더욱 지속적으로 연구되어 이론적 근거를 통한 지하공간의 활성화를 위한 새로운 제안을 기대하는 바이다.

As a solution to these problems, the use of underground space attracting attention as a new space resource is emerging as an alternative to overcome limitations of land. The purpose of this study is to propose a design type to activate the various utilization of underground space by taking advantage of underground space as an alternative to the problems caused by the population problem in the inner city and the problems caused by the geographical limitation. And focus on interior space design with reasonable functionality. The purpose of this study is to investigate the concept of underground space and utilization trends of underground space through a review of underground space utilization method and suggest a reasonable direction of underground space planning and analyze cases of underground facilities in and around the city. The progress of the study is as follows. First, underground space has been developed for various purposes as a living infrastructure for people as it develops economically and technically. To understand the possibility of various uses of underground space, we studied the historical process of underground space and physical and psychological characteristics as a concept to study background knowledge of underground space. Based on the characteristics of the underground space, the classification according to the purpose of use has been summarized and the necessity and utility of underground space development in the present era was discussed. Secondly, we analyze the limit of underground facilities and derive necessary factors to consider in underground space planning and summarize design elements. Based on the derived design factors, we analyzed cases using underground space established since 2000. Third, it is applied to plan site based on the above contents. First, we talk about the background and purpose of the plan and the feasibility of development. We analyze the present situation of the planned land and analyze the geographical and cultural characteristics of the surrounding land. As a result, the design type as a reasonable underground space culture facility was suggested according to the topography and location in the urban area. This study has limitations limited to the presentation of specific alternatives, so the analysis of the problems of the underground facilities will be studied more continuously and the new proposal for the activation of the underground space through the theoretical basis will be expected. ，韩语论文题目，韩语论文题目 |
