It is a part of urban regeneration project which improves economical, environmental, and cultural aspect of the city. Kyeongui-Line Forest Park is one of Seoul's typical linear parks. The city creates a park using the site in which it used to have the old abandoned ships stored. Kyeongui-Line Forest Park greatly improved the quality of life of the surrounding areas, especially the lagged ones. This study is for the places where different use of lands are blended in. People from different groups want to take a benefit of newly developed land, according to their own interest. The difference of interest cause conflict between the groups. This study will suggest a solution for this conflict based on through analysis of the problems. The study will use Kyeongui-Line Forest Park as an example. The study will also focus on the role of Kyeongui-Line Forest Park as an important public establishment, and how it changes local economy and environment.
도시의 녹지의 공급과 환경의 질의 향상을 위한 도시공원의 조성하기 위해 도시의 유휴 부지를 공원화 하고 있다. 이는 도시재생의 측면으로서 지역의 경제적, 환경적, 문화적 수준을 향상... 도시의 녹지의 공급과 환경의 질의 향상을 위한 도시공원의 조성하기 위해 도시의 유휴 부지를 공원화 하고 있다. 이는 도시재생의 측면으로서 지역의 경제적, 환경적, 문화적 수준을 향상시키면서 지역 주민을 위한 근린공원의 역할을 하게 된다. 또한 동시에 도시민들에게는 주제 공원으로서 휴양, 관광 및 체험을 위한 공간이 되고 있다. 본 연구는 새로운 환경이 조성되며 변화하는 동일한 공간에 대해 이용자 집단 간의 인식에 초점을 맞추어 비교, 분석하는데 의의가 있다. 이를 통해 공원 이용의 문제점을 분석, 세부적 요인을 찾아 각 집단 간의 인식차이를 바탕으로 해결방안을 제안하고자 한다. 나아가 폐선부지의 선형공원으로서 경의선 숲길공원이 갖는 지역의 경제적, 환경적 변화와 함께 도시공원으로서 공공 공간의 역할을 강조하고자 한다. ，韩语毕业论文，韩语论文 |
