论文摘要:
本文探讨中国加入WTO以来,外资银行在进入中国金融市场前需要考虑到的中国金融监管（略）国的金融状况,以及外资银行特别是韩国银行的应对策略.
为了进入中国金融市场,研讨营业者的环境和竞争对象是很重要的环节.本文探讨了以下几点,第一,相对通过韩国银行的国际化理论研讨而探讨有没（略）国市场.第二,考虑中国金融市场的状态,改革,自由化过程当中可预见性的机会和隐形危机.第三,关注外国银行在中国的发展机会和隐形危机.探讨当前中国国内外资银行的生存状况.最后对将要进入中国市场的（略）几个意见.
外资银行进入中国金融市场,意味着将会带来更激烈的竞争,也意味着对韩国银行构成威胁.这种银行的特性是聚集在大城市和经济园区.除此以外韩国银行有着和中国银行相同的银行（略）治风险.
结合以上探讨结果,个人对外国银行想提议以下几点:第一,为了生存在竞争当中需考虑中国金融市场的环境和自身的长处及利弊.需要有决策性的调查,盲目投入是禁忌.第二,全面接触并了解特性服务和地方性服（略）慢扩大的措施也是一个良好的决策.第三,和地方银行合作合办也是种好的接触方式,虽然韩国银行有很多强项,不过进军中...
