This explains that the research of Korean intermediate teaching with chinese learners as the object of education plan, according to the intermediate stage to classical literary texts to use vocabulary, grammar learning and Korean culture and Korean characteristics can understand education programs. This study is a well-known work of Korean classical literature, which is studied through <The Rabbit’s Liver> to study the Korean language and culture education program.
To this end, the structure and scheme of this research are as follows.
The first chapter studied and the importance of cultural education and first study related discussions. It also sorts out literature selection of cultural and educational. Colleagues finish the research methods of Korean education.
The second chapter, in the field of Korean education, the analysis of Korean languages textbooks in classical literature works that were used with high frequency in three teaching institutions were well examined.
The third chapter tells that the selection criteria of the classical novels ,the reasons for choosing the rabbit, the content of education, the aspects of language education and culture education.. Language teaching in vocabulary teaching and grammar teaching, focusing on the culture of asking each when the Korean first met each other, and culture of the relationship between husband and wife, male supremacy culture, cultural sequence, and sayings, proverbs in <The Rabbit’s Liver>.The comparison of sayings about animal food are discussed as the center of this chapter.
In the fourth chapter, the research on the education scheme of the rabbit is carried out.. The exploration of the teaching method is based on the discussion of the existing scholars and the research so far, and the concrete teaching scheme is carried out in the practical teaching.
In the last fifth chapters, the summarizes the research directions and explains the future research directions.

이번 논문에서는 한국어 교육에서 중국인 학습자를 대상으로 한국어 사용 능력 단계에 따라 중급으로 고전문학 텍스트를 활용하여 어휘, 문법 학습은 물론 한국 문화 및 한국 사람들의 특성을 이해 할 수 있도록 하는 교육 방안을 연구했습니다. 이번 연구는 한국의 고전문학 중 유명하면서도 이해하기 쉬운 작품인 <토끼전>을 통해 한국 언어-문화의 교육 방안을 연구했습니다.
이를 위해 본 연구는 아래와 같은 구성과 방안에 따라 진행했습니다.
제1장에서는 연구목적 하고 문화교육의 중요성에 관련되는 선행 연구 검토를 정리 했습니다,그리고 문화교육을 위한 문학작품을 선정하여 한국어 교육에 활용한 논문들도 정리 했고 연구 방법 제시 했습니다.
제2장에서는 고전작품을 활용한 한국어 교육 현장에서 많이 사용 빈도 높은 3개 다학 기관용 한국어 교재에 나타나는 고전문학 작품의 분석에 대해서 살펴보았습니다. (고려대 재미있는 한국어, 서강대 서강한국어, 서울대 한국어)
제3장에서는 고전소설 작품의 선정기준과 <토끼전>을 선택한 이유를 제시하고, 이를 활용하여 교육해야 할 내용을 언어교육과 문화교육의 측면으로 나누어 살펴보았습니다. 언어교육에서는 어휘교육과 문법교육에 초점을 두고 논의하였고, 문화 교육에서는 한국사람 처음 만날 때 서로 이름 묻는 문화, 부부사이의 정 문화, 남자우월주의, 서열문화, 그리고 <토끼전>에 대한 한중 동물속담하고 음식속담의 대비'를 중심으로 논의하였습니다.
제4장에서는, <토끼전>을 활용한 한국어 교육의 방안을 모색하였습니다. 교육방법의 모색은 기존 학자의 논의를 토대로 하였습니다. 지금까지의 연구를 바탕으로 하여 실제 수업에서 진행할 수 있는 구체적인 교수-학습 지도안을 만들어 보았습니다.
그리고 마지막 제5장에서는 결론으로서 내용을 요약정리 했고 연구의 향후 방향에 대해 설명했습니다.
